   We waited too long for our meal. I requested to have a coffee when my meal was served and I received the coffee 20 minutes before my mail. American Express not accepted.

   Our second visit. On this occasion, I wanted to try the brunch menu. It did not disappoint!! The seasoned chips were amazing, the chicken pasta was divine, and the strawberry & watermelon smoothie and passion fruit lemonade were to die for. Loved using the Open Table app to book this weeks in advance. With its increasing popularity, more attention will need to be paid to adequate staffing at peak hours. Overall, highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Great service. Our server was very caring checked several times to see if we were enjoying our breakfast. Smiled. We were greeted very professionally. The meal was brought very timely. Food was well plated, made it appetizing even before tasting. Food was great. Pricing is great for the meal. Would highly recommend. Our second visit. Ambiance… great.

   The food here is amazing and the atmosphere is lovely. The service however was not the greatest. We left feeling as if our servers would have rather not have had to deal with us at all. When we booked they did ask if it was a special occasion and we said a birthday. I did hope maybe we would have had a little celebratory visit from the staff to the table but nothing at all.

   The food and ambience was good. However, when someone from our party wanted to order something from menu, after we had received our cheque, we were told no. This then marred the experience, as we were lost as to why food could not be ordered. We were told that the takeaway service only starts at 2 pm...which as patrons makes no sense. Our server Nicholas, went to the Operations Lead and asked again, if we could order and we were met again with a "no". As paying customers, who just enjoyed themselves and had a lovely time, we were very confused as to why the business was basically refusing to allow us to order something else. This is something that needs to be remedied.

   The worst experience for my birthday. The staff need to work on their customer service. Wrong drink got made after waitingiver 10 mins. I returned it, but I had no apology for the mistake. The drink came back, and it was still wrong once again. No apologies. Food was lovely as soon as I finished my bowl got taken away next thing I am receiving my bill I didn't get asked if I wanted anything else a slice of cake anything as it was my birthday I just got the bill and when I left no goodbye or thanks for coming. This isn't a place I want to be spending money to give to staff that pick and choose who to have manners too

   I love The Park Bistro. The staff were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Only problem that I encountered was waiting at the front desk for someone to seat us. About 15 minutes.
