Staff were outstanding. We used the terrace for plane spotting for an hour before our meal, staff were fantastic and made our experience brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great service - poor food experience due to high demand. Too many customers for a small team and kitchen to deal with. Heart is in the right place … food must be better.

We had a 9 pm dinner reservation, arrived early and were seated at 8:34pm. After some confusion on a seating request for a table with a nice view of the skyline we were seating in the back with an obstructed view. We were ignored for a while until the manager finally came over to take our order at 9:05 pm. After sitting for 30 minutes with zero service, we were DONE. Asked for the check, to which the manager audaciously replied we owed 7 euro for the water. We paid and left, frustrated and hungry. If you are looking for a restaurant with a nice ambiance to be seated and ignored for the next half hour, this is definitely the place. I've literally been all over the world and have never had such a terrible experience. Up until this point, Frankfurt has been super fun and welcoming. B'nice? NO, B'rude, B'terrible, B'theworstplaceinfrankfurt are more accurate names and descriptions.

The lunch buffet that previously existed is no longer in service. This was a truly delicious and worthwhile lunch before. Now there is only a business lunch menu with a few overpriced items. Very disappointing.... The service was slow (4 of us waited nearly 30mins for our food), even though the restaurant was quiet with only a few tables being occupied. There was also a long wait to get asked about drinks and to receive them. When the lunch buffet existed, I would have highly recommended this restaurant for business outings, and to have a really good lunch with so much variety. Now I would recommend to avoid it completely...

Great food, waiters weren't firm in with the cocktail menue, but attentive and thoughtful. Tables are quite tightly placed so the waiter was bumping into me several times while serving the table next to ours. Be prepared to have chatty neighbors doing loud plane watching and discussing every flight and all kind of airport trivia while dining, which can get somewhat annoying when having a dinner date. Food was amazing.

Having read rave reviews I was looking forward very much to dining in the restaurant, in fact it was the main reason I chose to stay in the hotel. I was unfortunately really disappointed. The bar area was bursting with noisy conference guests which presented the ambience of a busy modern pub. Thankfully the very kind and attentive waitress found me a slightly quieter corner. The main issue however was the food which was, at best, very average. I ordered fried shrimps/prawns which came encased in spirals of, I think, potato. This was not described on the menus. The casings were so deep and robust that it was difficult to find, and taste (!) the actual shrimps. The biggest disappointment, however, was something described as “Handmade French Fries” which turned out to be a bowl skinny fries which both looked and tasted very much like oven chips. €51 for a salad, poor prawns, oven chips and two glasses of wine in what felt like a pub. I’m afraid I was really unimpressed
