A great spot. Awesome food and solid service. Can’t wait to return.

Always a delicious german meal!

Fantastic menu options that are unique and delicious. My wife had never eaten here before but is now a huge fan and wants to go again. The beer menu includes many local craft brews and imports from Germany. All around great restaurant experience with a friendly staff and owner who made us feel like we were family too. We will be back soon.

Food was unusually below standart

Our favorite restaurant! My husband and I visit the Fort often and it’s always a great experience.

If you like German food, this is the place to go. We love it.

Good German food. The Pretzel was huge and delicious. Meet loaf was okay. Pork shank's skin was a bit rough.

The food is always delicious! My favorite is the salmon with crab meat holindase sauce.

Great atmosphere like every visit is Oktoberfest , valet parking, and traditional fare is tasty! Auf Wiedersehen

The dishes were bland and mediocre. Not a fault of the attentive and knowledgeable server but the dishes were brought to the table lukewarm instead of hot. Great dining ambience but the food temperature and taste needs a revamp.

Really good food and price! I will definitely go back there again.

Birthday brunch

Food was basic but good. Larger drink servings would be nice or just leave the carafe.

Delicious food. Wonderful service. Very carefully arranged to comply with social distance regs, but still festive and comfortable.

Outdated, Overpriced, Poor Food Quilty AND Horrible Choice of Cocktail Drinks

We are long time returning customers and always enjoy the food, atmosphere and service at the Student Prince. Never disappointed.

Great place for dinner or drinks, preferred bar side and high tops for seating. Food is always great and so are cocktails or beer.

I had made a reservation for my friend’s birthday and it did not disappoint! I believe our waitress’ name was Laura and she was a BLAST, made great food recommendations, and kept the drinks coming! Full recommend the Student Prince for great food, drinks, atmosphere, and people!

Good food and friendly

As always, visiting the Student Prince is a unique and pleasurable experience. Great German and American beers on tap, fun things to eat like the giant warm pretzel, brats, kraut, schnitzel and other German favorites. Good thing for me that the Student Prince is not closer, or I would be spending the coming winter happily adding a few inches to my waistline!

Sat outside for lunch and it was a cute fall set up.
Not just a tent in a parking lot. Great food selection including for vegetarians. Not always the case for German fare.

Went there for brunch. Service was excellent. Food was very good. Outside dining set up was very comfortable. Overall had a great experience.

Patrick made our brunch wonderful with the special mimosas he made for us!

Lunch outdoors was fun & festive—decor was set up for Oktoberfest and was super cute! Would like to come back at
night, as they have a music stage.
Entire street is blocked off, and we sat at a long table in the corner of a covered fenced in area.

Great attentive service once seated. Staff was super friendly.
Food was good, and just right portions (Apple salad for moi, Bacon wrapped scallops for my date). I would love to see additional veg/GF options in the future.

C19: All staff wore masks. Table parties were seated every other, until more people came in. Only thought was although we were outside, it felt a bit close to the next table once another party was seated...maybe a few more feet apart and I would have taken mask off. I just kept mask on so all good.

We appreciated the effort to keep social distancing at lunch yesterday. Food and service were very good.

Fantastic brunch, ate outside, nice ambience, lots of Fall plantings, bees were a nuisance although they did have traps for them. Server was great, kept refilling the mimosas. Best omelet I ever had! Also blonde brownie was amazing!

Enjoyed our dinner and staff excellent. The bad was a bit loud for dinner.

We celebrated my husband's 80th birth with our two sons and their wives. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The food, as usual, was authentic German fare, The City allowed the restaurant to block off the street in front of the restaurant with an excellent tent.

Food and ambience is terrific. The GM - Dave - runs a great business and takes care of guests with professionalism and patience.

As always the food was fantastic. Our server was attentive and did a wonderful job. We've never had a bad meal here, and are already looking forward to going back!
