    A hidden gem in the Methow! Every detail was impeccable! The House cocktail menu is creative and well executed. The charred beets and roasted carrots are not to be missed! We shared the rib eye which was done to perfection! The crème brûlée was by far the best I’ve had with cardamom accents and a perfect sugar crust in every bite! The service was outstanding and professional without being pretentious. You will not find anything close to this total experience anywhere in the valley.

    We were staying at Casia Lodge for the evening and decided to try the Veranda restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing. We had lamb shank, which was some of the best lamb I have had. This is not your typical country restaurant, this high quality fine dining in an amazing, nature filled setting. We will definitely be coming back again.

    We enjoyed an excellent meal on September 1 with Evan as our friendly and efficient server. Our wonderful meal was enhanced by a fine view toward Twisp and upper Methow Valley mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the shishito peppers and green beans (from the Casia Lodge garden), Gulf prawns, black cod and Bavette steak. For dessert, we shared the moist and delicious carrot cake. We look forward to enjoying a future meal with friends.

    A marvelous dinner — delectable food and superb service. Our table of four shared the 24-ounce ribeye with a few slices leftover. Perfectly cooked, and the accompanying garlic steak fries were fantastic. Zach was the perfect host. And Louisa was the best waitress we’d had in a decade. Amazingly tuned-in to every detail — refilling water glasses, replenishing silverware, suggesting the perfect dessert — she made an outstanding dinner all the more wonderful. OK, I know I’m gushing about this place. But no apologies. It’s the best dining experience we’ve had in Eastern Washington since … well, maybe ever.

    I took my 3 grown adult children to Casia Lodge for a little getaway. The lodge is beautiful and has a lovely ambiance. The dining room is part of the lodge, overlooking the pools and landscaped grounds. We found the food to be creative and delicious. We got to try flavours we've never had before. My son's steak on a bed of Mexican street corn puree was out of this world. My daughter loved the sablefish and said it was delicate, perfectly prepared, and seasoned. We split the dessert, a very generous portion of chocolate mousse. The service is friendly, casual and helpful. It was the perfect end to a very nice stay at the lodge. I highly recommend the lodge and the restaurant.

    We had a group dinner with 6 in our party. We were seated immediay and wait staff was very attentive. We had a very nice welcome note on our table as well, nice touch! Everyone enjoyed our food, several options featured fresh veggies & herbs from the garden and were amazing. The fresh raspberry sorbet over peaches was a fabulous dessert. Each dish was artistically presented & delicious. We are locals and will be back!

    I cannot say enough good things about this place. The food was so creative. Full of flavor. The waiter Zach knew the menu and gave us a wonderful experience. Had a wonder discussion with the owner of the Lodge. We cannot wait to go back and stay. Not just eat
