Food was disappointing, the service was good, atmosphere was cool.

Fun place for a quick bite before a show. Steak nachos were great!

6:15 reservations turned out to be 6:50. Burgers (medium/well) were totally burned around the edges. Fries were substituted for tator tots without asking. Noise level was so high that conversations were difficult. Our server was very good but very busy. My 18 year old granddaughter is autistic and our server was very patient.

We have dined at this Tom Urban before, and have always been satisfied. This visit was very poor, unfortunately. Our server was disinterested, the food was tired and underwhelming (definitely looked reheated). Prices are high for what was served to us. Based on this visit, we probably would choose another dining option next time we are at Mohegan Sun. Very disappointing.

Expensive for Burger King burgers, not happy at all. 40 oz beer was worth the price

We enjoyed the sports bar vibe and were happy to be quickly seated despite a long line. Food and drinks were good.

Overly loud. Our server met us then promptly disappeared for very long periods of times. The food was just ok. To end the night our server ran my card for our bill as well as someone else's. Anniversary dinner ruined. Terrible

I got the Big A$$ Egg roll and it was amazing!! Our waitress was very friendly. The Restaurant was full but didn’t feel over packed and stuffed. I can’t wait to go back.

Great menu selection with unique flavors that kick up regular sports bar food up several notches. The smores dessert could feed 4. Large portions and great value.

Excellent service and very good food, with the kitchen being very accommodating to dietary restrictions requests. The open floor plan made the restaurant very noisy, although the booths along the wall were a little quieter than the tables near the entrance. Everyone from the host to the waitstaff couldn't have been nicer.

Despite having a reservation, we were put in small table in busy area in direct path of the restrooms- my chair was sticking out into the walkway. The food was average- decent taste but my burger was bordering on cold and my friend’s sandwich had 2 tiny pickle chips on one half of the sandwich and none on the other half- this would be nitpicking if pickles weren’t a main ingredient of a Cuban sandwich. Service was decent and the place has a decent atmosphere but not somewhere I would rush back to.

Everything was fine once we got in. We had a 6:45 reservation but didn't get seat until 25 min later. We were seated right after the 6:30 reservation. The food and service were good. I'd go back on a less busy night.

Our first visit to Tom's Urban was decent over the summer. We had a reservation, and sat down immediately. Food and service were good. Last weekend we again had a reservation, but had to wait in a very long line for 30 minutes with other parties that also had reservations. The hostess stated that there were people watching football, and they couldn't ask them to leave. Why the heck not???? What's the point of making a reservation, especially when you're at the casino to see a concert? The restaurant business is all about turning around tables. Portions were lacking, especially at their prices. We won't be going there again.

We wanted to eat at 6pm but the earliest reservation available was at 6:30pm. When we got there the hostess checked us in and then put us in a line of first come first serve. Seriously, what is the point of taking a reservation? We ended up waiting 30 minutes to get seated and were put at the worst table in the place. We were seated in the waiting area behind the hostess stand. The hostess had no idea what she was doing and we were uncomfortable the whole time. There are so many great restaurants at Mohegan Sun so we won’t ever go back to Tom’s. I must say our server was excellent so he saved the day. Otherwise I think we would have left before we ordered.

Drinks were great and the food was what you'd expect for sliders and wings but very tasty! Our waitress was friendly and super speed! We'll be back!

Was pleasantly surprised at how great the food was considering how busy this place was the night of a concert. Our waiter was lovely- very attentive and had a great personality! The pot stickers were just spicy enough and pan fried to perfection, my son got the honey barbecue wings which couldn't be crisper! I ordered the poached lobster and shrimp street tacos and they were divine- I could only eat 1! Drinks were perfectly poured- I'll be going back there the next time I hit Mohegan for a concert as this place is located directly above the Venue!

My husband and boys went here prior to a concert. I booked it for them based on the menu and all of the choices. My boys and husband are huge foodies! The service was wonderful and they liked their host. She was very attentive. The food was "really great!" They had burgers with eggs etc on them and garlic fries! They would definitely go there again!

Average food. Was Halloween and quiet at 6 PM. Shrimp and grits good but fried chicken and nachos a little dry.

We went there specifically so we could watch the football game before a concert. Service and food was great. We started with honey BBQ chicken wings, the sauce was delicious. We shared a Cubano sandwich and chicken tacos. Both were great. My drinks were fine but a tablemate had a lemon drop martini that didn't have enough lemon and seemed quite small.

It was fun. Jamie is a great server. The wings are crispy.

I would recommend if looking for a small bite. Service was good, however out of our group of 4, three meals were not up to par.

After reserving a table we sat right in front of the kitchen and were constantly bumped. I would think this table should be saved for last resort. Ruined the experience

Quick dessert and drinks before a show in the arena. Brownie cookie s'mores was awesome, but overwhelming portion even for 2 people. Draft beer selection was great and the flight is priced very well for a casino. Food that was coming out and going by us looked mediocre at best with wimpy portion sizes, but we weren't there for dinner. Tiffy was awesome, as was playful hostess. Would deff seek at drinks and a snack here in the future, but likely never dinner

Go to Tom's Urban frequently, but mostly get lunch food. Tried an omelet and it was a bit overcooked and dry, but their Grits are something special. Still love the place and will just forgo the omelet next time. Scrambled eggs and breakfast sandwiches are better.

We had breakfast Sunday morning around 9:30am. Wanted to avoid the chaos at the buffet restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. Food was excellent and filling. I had the Egg BLT, my wife had the Eggs Benedict. Coffee was ok. Price was reasonable especially for the location. The tables were about 1/3-1/2 full so it was reasonably quiet - we could easily converse.

Our waitress was awesome and great. Service was exceptional having her. We had arrived a half hour early and the young man was able to sit us down right away. From the time we walked in to the time we finished it was definitely 5 stars

Comfortable sports bar, reasonably priced, convenient to arena at Mohegan

I brought some friends to the restaurant that had never been before and loved it, which is a big thing that when I choose a restaurant that my friends end up liking it.

We had a reservation and were seated when we arrived. Our waiter was quite good and attentive, but the drinks were NOT. When we ordered to Long Island Iced Teas, he suggested we consider the double for $9 more, so we say Why not, since we were going to the Miranda Lambert concert. The drink was terrible. At the end when we told him, he comp'd one, but for $21 each, that seemed somewhat fair. The food was average. We had the potstickers, tasty but small, and the fish tacos. Should have gotten a burger, the tacos were not very good at all. The restaurant was close to the concert venue, so we liked that, and the atmosphere was lively and fun, but the food was really lacking.

I’ve been here a few times and I have not been disappointed! If you’re into pub type dood, this is the place!

Amazing service and food ! Really unique dinners and appetizers that will keep you coming back for more. I tried the pork belly lettuce cups are super good. Chicken on cornbread pancake. Loved every bite.

Service was great - food sub-par.
Steaks were overcooked. They served the main course before appetizers were cleared. They forgot one of the apps. Tacos were bland. The S'mores desert WAS DELICIOUS!
Great place to have a drink and watch Sunday night football. Have a snack, not dinner.
