At Trails End Pub & Grille, you’ll get the full Poconos restaurant experience complete with spectacular mountainside views and cozy outdoor firepits. Trails End is located slope-side at the bottom of Camelback Mountain making it convenient for both ski-in, ski-out and driving access. For an adventurer’s mid-day fuel-up or a family getaway, Trails End Pub & Grille has you covered.

    The service wait both for seating even with a reservation and for our food was extremely long. We had a 730 seating time got seated at 8 didn’t get food until 9pm. The waitress was lively and people were kind but the wait time was awful and food on the menu disappointing. There should have been less pork and other options like salmon, filet, rotisserie or chicken of some kind, a healthy section without fried unhealthy food.

    The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our large 10 person group. It was my mothers 69th birthday and they had the entire restaurant sing and she was elated as they brought over her dessert. Service was great. Food was delicious with good portion sizes. Best place to eat while staying at Camelback.

    The food was not enjoyable and took a long time to be prepared. The restaurant didn’t appear to be tidy. There was food and trash on the floor. Lastly, the adult drinks were poorly made. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. It wasn’t worth the money spent.

    Ate there 2 nights as it was the only restaurant open at the resort. First night it was packed, the second it was empty. Service was slow due to being understaffed for the number of tables. The second night, our server was great. But had to go to my fourth choice of entree due to the fact that they were out of my first 3 choices. And it was early in the evening. Once the order was in it took a very long time to get our food. The waitress checked several times and was apologetic. The food itself is so-so. But for the prices they charge (Kids meal hot dog and fries, no drink or dessert is $12.00) it is a very poor value. We should have left the property to get food.

    Waitress was super sweet and attentive, she was honestly the best part of the dinner. Live music was a bit loud, having a random magician approach was interesting? Food was insanely mediocre, lacked flavor, was cold almost tasted stale, food was way too overpriced for the quality. Would not eat there again

    The food was okay, the service was not good. My husband and I assumed it’s because they automatically add 18%, so they know they don’t have to try to earn their tip. Unfortunately for them, we typically tip more than that, but that service didn’t deserve extra. The restaurant was also freezing, perhaps because we were sat close to the front door and that’s closest to door that leads outside. Overall, would consider trying again, but the entire experience at CamelBack wasn’t superb, so I don’t see us rushing to visit there versus somewhere else like Kalahari.

    The food was really salty, it was like taking a tsp of salt with every bite with the nachos. Our server forgot about us a few times and the tables after us left before us. He also gave us a drink we didn’t ask for and charged us for it.

    Our waitress was fantastic and the added entertainment of an amazing magician was great! My husband had a great burger and our daughter had macaroni and cheese and loved it! I ordered the taco salad. For what I received it was extremely overpriced. Barley any lettuce, I could count the black beans in the salad, the shredded chicken option should be changed to minced (almost resembled saw dust), they made up for the bulk of the salad with shredded cheese. Perhaps this item should be removed.

    We had great service! The server was fun and checked on us many times. The food was delicious. Had the pretzel appetizer, which was huge and so good. My daughter had the kids mac and cheese. It was a very big helping, and she said it was delicious. I just had a caeser salad, and that was a good helping and delicious. Definitely will go back again.

    Phenomenal experience. Best ribs I’ve ever had. Literally fall of the bone tender. Delicious juicy steak. Even though it was cooked closer to medium well/well done rather than medium, it still was tender and flavorful. Mashed potatoes, fries, and broccolini were great too. Gratuity is included automatically, but that doesn’t mean you get subpar service. Our waitress was attentive, sweet, and just a had genuine warmth that made our dining experience exceptional.

    The restaurant was was nice. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The food was average, my steak was cooked well but all the food could have came out hotter. The magician was a nice touch 😃

    Not here ever!!! Wings were not done, ask for ranch dressing, never got it, price was rediculus .

    The service was very poor. The waitress brought a wrong drink, gave half our food to a different table that had ordered after us so half our party had to wait for their food to be remade. She did not listen when we ordered so brought wrong side orders and then did not return after finally delivering all the food to offer drink refills. The manager did come to make sure we got the right food but did not offer anything to compensate all the errors. They also automatically add 18% gratuity that was clearly not earned but we couldn't change. The only redeeming factor was that the food was delicious.

    The Trails End Pub really redeem themselves. The food (full rack of ribs) was amazing. Our waitress, Nora was outstanding, the Sierra Mist was so good. The cooks was outstanding in their preparation and the food had love in it.

    Very limited selections for food. Restaurant description says "pub and grille w/best burger in town" yet there were only 2 burger selections between BOTH menus (better keep zen burger out of town or else change that description). High prices were expected for convwnience trade off but $20+ for an "OK" burger is absurd. Staff was fairly friendly and the ambience was good, we caught the beginning of the live show, cool bluesy acoustic show (good fit for a rainy day).

    It was our first time at trails end and it was amazing our waiter was Mike and he was fabulous .. the live music was great and the food was the best we had our whole stay at camelback I wish we would have tried trails end the first night we were there. we will definitely be back to trails end on our next trip to camelback and I will definitely recommend trails end to anyone going to camelback .

    Our waiter went above and beyond. He was so pleasant and just made it a great experience. Our chicken wings were raw. This was not his fault but everything else was great!!

    I was unaware of the 18 percent gratuity added to the bill for on a table of 4, ridiculous. The bacon on the turkey club was uncooked. The nachos lacked flavor due to the fact the toppings were scarce. I would not recommend this resturant to anyone. Try a food truck instead.
