True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you.     As usual, the food was delicious, however, I think $15.95 is a bit high for a medium sized salad with a few specialty ingredients is high. The pizza wasn’t my favorite. I’ll stick to the bowls and plant based burger next time.

    Quick bite while at the King of Prussia Mall. It was very busy, to be expected with mall traffic. Server was friendly. Hummus was very good. The Ancient Grain Bowl was less than expected and plating a bit oily. Overall tasty and will try again. Appreciate the concept.

    My husband & I have been coming to True Food since 2022, and we absolutely love everything about it! The vibe is super chill, yet upscale. The servers are quick, friendly, and attentive. And the food is so so good. Our most recent time here, my husband got the lasagna bolognese and it looked so good that I wished I would’ve ordered the same thing. We loved our meals, like always, and will definitely be back next time we are up in the area. We love you, True Food!

    The food is delicious and healthful, in a great way. Service was a bit overbearing. However, the restaurant continues to be so noisy that conversation is difficult.

    Liked the menu items, very fresh! Service was very good. Noise level is a bit much when it is crowded. Forewarned they do not offer traditional soda soft drinks.
