The menu is fabulous-full of healthy & delicious choices.
We were sitting outside on a very breezy day with no patio heaters with no prior notice of this while booking. Our hair was flying all over and we were freezing without jackets.

Favorite restaurant - good food, beautiful seating, seasonal menu. A bit pricey.
The service was fairly good. I think the servers should check the cleanliness of the plates before bringing them to the tables. Some of them were dirty. Upon walking into the restaurant to use the bathroom, I saw some workers in the kitchen with their masks half on, not covering their nose and some not covering their mouths either. The masks were just below their chin. As far as Covid 19 is concerned, the workers should be wearing their masks appropriately.
Love being back / outside dining, out waiter(s) friendly and helpful. Going again in 3 days!

Our outdoor seating is adjacent to the food pick up area. People picking up food are crowding into the seating area to find their food. Multiple staffs have masks without covering their nose. Didn’t feel comfortable and safe dinning here.

I’ve always loved this restaurant, but my first experience dining on their patio since its reopening was very disturbing and disappointing. The most serious issue was the number of people — from the hostess to servers to food handlers — who did not have their masks covering their noses and mouths. The hostess had her loose mask below her nose and kept touching her face to reposition it. When I went to the restroom, I found our server and a man handing food talking inside with their masks completely below their faces. Another server went into the kitchen with his mask pulled down and then repositioned his mask over his nose before delivering the food to patrons outside. Other issues included our server being absent for much of our dinner, food taking almost an hour to arrive, dessert not arriving at all, being charged for dessert we didn’t order, and failure to turn on heat lamps to warm the patio despite the very chilly wind that blew in. From a service perspective, it felt like we were very much on our own. The food was very good. The chicken sausage pizza was well-balanced, although the gluten-free crust got soggy as it cooled. The teriyaki quinoa bowl and turkey burgers were both delicious and satisfying. The melon margarita and the non-alcoholic melon drink both seemed watered down and not flavorful. I’m hoping TFK can get it’s act together to safely serve customers in the new world. Otherwise, it needs to shut down for the safety of all concerned.

The menu is greatly reduced so I didn't get to eat my favorite dishes.
It was also really windy and cold, so would recommend taking a lot of extra layers, including a blanket.

AMAZING service! I have been to at least 5 other True Foods across the country and this one has been by far the best service I have ever received out of all of them. I highly recommend and I am sad this is not the closest True Food to me.

My favorite local place to dine with drinks and food that are crafted for wellness as top priority and comes across in the flavors and seasonal delish .... can also make choice by calories which matters if you are working at maintaining or losing a few pounds. The managers are very caring and attentive as well. Thank you!

Restaurant is too loud!
The only issue I have with this place is the acoustics are terrible! It is so loud, you almost have to shout to be heard by someone seated directly across from you...
Totally WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE...Again!! Warmly greeted at the door and promptly seated. Servers we've met before stopped by to thank us for coming. Our server patiently helped us with challenging dietary issues. Her suggestions were PERFECT and delicious!! I'm finding new favorites EVERY VISIT!! The mocktail selection is great. Crystal the manager stopped for a wonderful visit and made us feel "right @ home" . Clearly her professional leadership has honed a kind, knowledgeable yet fun staff! Bravo!!

Really delicious food made of fresh ingredients. Try the super tasty roasted Brussel sprouts! I had the ancient grains bowl which was excellent. Definitely would go there again. It is a bit cavernous space and noisy when filled with people, but go early when there isn’t as many people!
Healthy food in concept but drowning all dishes drwowning in oil which negates the healthiness. Very noisey inside. NO WIFI. Imagine no wifi available in a restaurant in the heart of silicon valley! Cold wind tunnel outside. No handsanitiser available during coronavirus pandemic.

Great atmosphere. My guests enjoy the food. We ordered the pizza, bowls, salad, and chicken wrap. It was all good. Waiter was excellent and attentive.
The food at the restaurant was mediocre and overpriced. In addition, you had to pay an extra amount to add any type of protein. The protein should have been included for the prices they charge. The salads we ordered were ordinary.

True food seems to be slipping in their food quality. This is the second time a bowl has been delivered lacking a menu element (or two). About a month ago, the other half got her bowl without broccoli or bok choy. This time the bowl came without avocado. If you point this out to the server (attentive & helpful), you'll get the missing element. In no case will you be offered recompense. We will probably remove TF from our dining rotation.
