Twisted Cork is a restaurant serving contemporary American cuisines. The place offers northwest wines and a wide range of finely selected beverages. Twisted Cork is currently open for lunch Monday through Friday, dinner Monday through Saturday and the restaurant serves beer, wine, libations with the food menu. Happy Hour is daily from 3pm to 5pm. Some of the popular cuisine choices at this place include Twisted cork burger, Wild salmon with miso vinaigrette, Alaskan halibut, Plum Creek chicken breast, Piedmontese ribeye steak, seared scallops and seafood cioppino.     It was a quiet, earlyThursday evening. We were seated promptly, served by a friendly, efficient and accurate waiter. The halibut was outstanding and the steak was very good. I loved the asparagus and roasted potatoes. Tomato red pepper bisque was great and the corn chowder was very good. Nice way to celebrate our anniversary.

    Hopefully they can have the cooler repaired for the draft beers. A not so cold beer doesn't taste good

    The hot pot was sublime as usual with the perfect bite of sablefish (cod) and both chewey and crispy rice with sesame oil. Popovers always amazing. And don’t forget to make your withdrawal at the Vault! ;)

    Wine choices from Willamette Valley are amazing. We enjoyed popovers and two great Entrees. Kendrew (?) was excellent and it was a perfect dinner.

    Great atmospheric and great food. Everything came our fast and hot. Got the tacos and hotpot. Everthing was fresh and absolutely delicious.

    The food was great. The service wasn't as good. The server was not knowledgable about the wine selection and didn't attempt to find someone who was.

    This was our second visit to Twisted Cork. This is one of the finest restaurants in Omaha. The food selections are wonderfully creative and the wine selections are excellent. It's in an odd place with no place to walk after dinner but it's well worth visiting.

    We sat out on the patio and had a lovely dinner. I ordered the cioppino and it was good but a bit too much tomato sauce -as it overpowered the fish. My husband enjoyed the cod and friends liked their fish dish.

    Excellent food and service. I had the salmon which was cooked to perfection. I love their wine list. They definitely celebrate the great northwest.
