Join us at Valencia, our full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast will include a full buffet* as well as an al a carte menu* with traditional breakfast favorites. For lunch enjoy an a la carte menu filled with sandwiches, salads, and lite bites. In the evening, try one of our Valencia specialty entrees such as Pan Seared Salmon or Valencia Burger. Kids menus are also available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Specialty brunch and dinner buffets are offered during holidays and special events.

    We had to pay for 6 people even though we had 5. Salmon and turkey were dry. There were no serving spoons for the family style dishes. Portion for 6 was small. Used same plate for 3 courses. Never asked if we want coffee or tea with dessert. Dessert was tiny pieces of different things we couldn't choose. And was very expensive for the portion and quality we received. 2 years ago buffet was great. This year was awful.

    We were seated right away and given a table that was accessible to a person in our party who was in a wheelchair. Our server was very attentive, courteous and quick. She refilled our drinks and checked on us. We did have to wait a bit for our dishes to be cleared, but it was getting busy by then. Everyone enjoyed their food. A senior in our party who ordered from the kids' menu received large portions and the side of fruit was a bowl of fruit salad. Wonderful! The short ribs practically melted in my mouth and were seasoned well. The salmon was tasty. The whole carrot was cooked just right. The drinks were good and the bartender made a drink for me that met my needs and was tasty. The portions were generous. I'm glad we went there despite some of the negative reviews. We were very pleased.

    This is the only restaurant at an expensive resort. They encourage reservations. We were excited to have a reservation and showered and dressed for dinner. We entered a nearly empty restaurant with other guests wearing bathing suits. Then discovered the menu was exactly the same as the afternoon pool bar. Very disappointed!!

    Worst service I’ve ever experienced. My gf ordered a candied beet salad and it came with no beets. Took 20 min to return with the bill for me to pay at the end. Go elsewhere

    This place is shown to be a nice restaurant on site but it’s far from such. It’s the only sit down restaurant outside the waterpark. Food is just okay and staff disappeared before food delivery and then delivered the bill without refilling water or making sure we were finished. If you need to eat, get a pizza or get take out from here.

    We waited almost 20 to have someone acknowledge us after we we sat with reservations. Half of our party of 8 ordered burgers that NEVER CAME OUT with all the things described on the menu. Once we had been there an hour we received our food( note we ordered at the twenty minute mark when they finally came to our table). Things came out incorrectly and not as described on the menu. While the food did taste good and portions were good. I would suggest that i unless you absolutely need this stop for convenience purposes as we did I wouldn’t go.

    Front desk was horrible experience. Had to wait just for her to acknowledge us, took almost 2 min as she was talking to other staff. Then when she did greet us, phone rang and that took precedent as well. We did have a half hour wait. Went to front to ask if table was ready….to see hostess seating other guest upon arrival. Food was okay, service was terrible. Saw server to get our drink, take our order then had to flag her down for our check. Overall we should have skipped the two hour frustration for subpar food and terrible service, kept the kids in the pool and order pizza.

    After reading the reviews online, I was a little nervous to try Valencia, but we tried it since we were staying at the hotel. The food was reasonably good, but nothing spectacular. The service was good, but the restaurant was quiet overall during our visit. Not a bad experience, but wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

    We been there two times ( May 20 and May 27) and we had two completely different experience. The first time, David was our waiter and he was caring for everyone in our party. He was nice and offered a perfect service. The second time our waitress did not care. She didn’t smile and she did not come to get the dirty dishes (one of us took the buffet) or ask if we needed anything.

    Probably some of the worst food I've ever received. The shrimp cocktail came out hot, rock hard and dry. It seemed like they microwaved shrimp that was already cooked. Then my hamburger came out and all the meat was completely raw. I was with a party of 6 and not 1 person liked or wanted to eat their food. Then we waited a half hour for the waitor to come back so we could get ketchup but he never did so I had to eventually go into the kitchen to find someone to help out. Save yourself the money and disappointment and eat off site.

    Easter brunch: One of the worst buffets i have ever experienced. Parties we’re ice cold, all food Luke warm. The French toast was so hard that it couldn’t be cut. The scrambled eggs were nasty. Bacon soft and greasy. The soup was so thick that it looked congealed. The salmon looked as it’d been sitting for days and was cold. The ham looked like leftovers. I would have been disappointed if it had been free, but $35 a person? Awful. Dinner: nachos - most disgusting thing ever. I think they ran out of chips and put some type of bread instead. Linguine de mare was outstanding.

    Food was delicious. We had brunch with the Easter bunny. So much food selection was really good. Staff was very friendly and always had a smile on Their face. Highly recommend there brunch when they have it

    Quite a limited selection of hot breakfast options and catering for international visitors and a ridiculous price, $104 for 2 adults and 2 children to have a basic breakfast, similar to a premier inn type buffet, but not as good, which only costs £22. Avoid and use self catering options

    Unfortunately on our visit there were some very noisy diners at a nearby table. The parents didn’t control their children, who were excessively noisy, so much so, that I had to personally intervene ask the children to keep the noise down. Ruined the ambience in the restaurant. The staff were very accommodating as this was an anniversary meal for us.

    First, our server was wonderful, the minimal stars for service was for overall service. He first wished our nieces a happy birthday when first getting to our table, he was super friendly and personable. We were a large party and while he seemed new to waiting, he did a great job of handling all our orders, which included 8 kids. The experience fell short inside. No communication from the kitchen to waitstaff in order status/updates. 2.5 hours waiting for any food to arrive. Finally our entrees arrived with the caveat that the kitchen ‘lost’ our appetizer ticket. One of our guests was offered a leftover chicken sandwich (cold) as his meal never arrived. Honestly don’t even know if there were more than 2 waiters/waitresses in the entire restaurant. As we were finally eating, overheard the host telling others looking to sit that it would be a minimum of 2 hours for food. We ate here a few days prior and the service was quick and friendly and food was good. Not sure what happened but wouldn’t recommend it based of this night alone. It probably doesn’t theme that is a restaurant that also caters to takeout and room service for the entire resort….

    Food and service were TERRIBLE, go anywhere else. Server never gave us plates for the appetizer and we didn’t see her again to ask for plates until our mains arrived. Two of the four meals were incorrect and again by the time we got a hold of a server to help us it was too late so we asked for the bill and went to get a slice of pizza because we were starving. Outdoor seating is next to live music and bar which was noisy. You’re better off going to the market or ordering out.
