Katastrophale Qualität und Service und seit Besitzerwechsel! Super schade!

The reservation was a lie!
We went to the restaurant at the reservation's hour and not only the kitchen was close (so we couldn't eat anything) but also they said that there was not reservation because they don't work with OpenTable.

Great service and superb wine recommendations!

I like the fact that they take risks with the combination of ingredients and the way they present them. In that sense is edgy and not the typical corner restaurant. The tables are too close to each other. It's a bit overpriced for the size of the portions imo.

To many guest in the restaurant for the waiters to handle.
We sat way to close to the neigbour table. And We could barely move ourselves,..
Charcuteri is more than 2 types of ham!
The cocktails where small and pricy.
Last but not least.. A couple arrived with a dog in the restaurant. And that was ok for Wagner...
Remove 3 tables i the back and it Will be a better exoerience to visit you

Food in terms of flavour and execution was excellent. Service was awful. They changed some of the ingredients on one of the dishes and didnt tell us. They didn't pace the meal well at all. It seemed to me like they ran out of food. Portion sizes got smaller and smaller. Half a duck breast for 16 euros, come on. Also one tentacle of ocotpus when it was described as a sharing plate made for some awkward moments for us on who got to eat which part.

Maybe it was just a bad night. Have been before and it was great. Such a shame. If I was the chef working there I would be pretty furious with the front of house situation.

Wirklich netter und zuvorkommender Service! - Kreative aber nicht überkandidelte Küche.

Die Ambition ist groß, das Resultat eher bescheiden, oder sogar ärgerlich. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber zu teuer. Der Service ist das größte Problem, schlicht unverschämt. Der Kellner ist meiner Begleitung mehrmals über den Mund gefahren. Auf eine Zwischenfrage reagierte er barsch mit „nicht unterbrechen“, auf die Entschuldigung, wir seien vielleicht zu anspruchsvoll, als wir einen zweiten Wein probieren wollten mit „Sie sind nicht anspruchsvoll, der Wein ist es“.
Auf den ersten Blick wird sich um Etikette bemüht, aber dafür fehlt es an Stil. Der Service entlarvt sich als oberlehrerhaft, snobby und frech.
Auch die Weinauswahl ist überschaubar. Sehr schade und enttäuschend! Besonders die Überheblichkeit, die in keinem Verhältnis zu Qualität, Stil und Service stehen. Keine Empfehlung! Lieber ins „St. Barth“, oder „Kanine Kohlmann“ oder „Lode und Stijn“ gehen. Hier stimmen Preis/Leistung von Bar bis Gourmetküche. Kurz gesagt würde dem Wagner etwas mehr Bescheidenheit und weniger Angeberei gut tun!

Cocktail list and wine selection are on point although a bit pricey.

I thought the food didn't quite equal what you paid for it.
I heard rumours this was the same chefs from Industry Standard/ Wild Things so was excited to try it but I felt the food was a little short of the quality they had there.
Still really good though.

We spent a lovely evening at Wagner with my friend from NYC - the food was super creative and the wines and cocktails were a perfect match. Also noteworthy: get a coffee after your meal!!

second time here, always good, really loved the riesling natur served in a double magnum.

Hatte mir aufgrund einer Rezension deutlich mehr versprochen: die Gerichte tendenziell langweilig, optisch aber hübsch. Der Sommertrüffel für 4.-€ völlig fad. Auch vom Rest nichts, was einen Besuch lohnt.
Für das geld bekommt man anderswo wesentlich Interessanteres geboten.
Die Drinks fand ich allerdings sehr gut - aber das reicht nicht!
Ich jedenfalls komme nicht wieder...

Von Essen über Weine über Service über Ambiente ist alles unschlagbar. Für alles und jeden, der gutes Essen und besondere Weine zu schätzen weiß

masslos überteuert - sehr gute (Natur-) Weine / Cocktails - kauziger Service.
Gut: übersichtliche Speisekarte, Lammhack vermutlich handgeschnitten. Durchschnittlich: Gnocchi
Ärgerlich: "Käseteller" mit ca. 11€ ca. 3-4 fach überteuert, absolut durchschnittliche Ware. Dessert ist irgendein Versuch. Alles Miniportionen. Unterm Strich haben wir uns veräppelt gefühlt. Service: Wirt hält sich für Witzbold. Man scheint sich als Gast erst einmal bewähren zu müssen. Servicekraft: schnodderig, kann oder spricht konsequent nur englisch bis man mit der dann auch nur englisch spricht. ich hab das so satt in Berlin.
