Probably the worst waitress I have had in a long time. If you like mediocre food, lack of silverware and plates, and slow service this is your spot. The best thing about my meal was the tater tats.
Our waiter was more focused on bussing and resetting tables than providing service. We worked to hard to get his attention. He didn’t know what types of beer they served and never ask how our food was or if we needed anything else. We had to request the check twice.
Food was good but service was bad. Our waiter never came to our table unless we flagged him down or asked someone to get him for us. 1st time there, not a good impression.
Great place to watch the games , we brought our kids and they are great with kids ! Perfect date night or family night
Nice atmosphere, clean, open, a bit noisy, but it is a sports bar/restaurant- so that is to be expected. Food is AMAZING- service tonight was not great, but last time I went it was really good - so all in all, I definitely recommend this place for a casual lunch or dinner.
Service was atrocious. All the draft beers on the menu were unavailable
The food was great and the salad dressings were even better .
The owner Robby Cohn is very personable
Always a great experience! The Guacamole appetizer was outstanding 👍
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with our burger, tacos and fries. Got there early so the noise level was pretty low. I can see it being annoyingly loud when busy.
Good food in a sports bar setting
Great place to sit and watch the games and have a good meal. Elevated barfood. The only suggestion I would make, is that the lighting could be turned down a little. A lot of the spotlight shining right in your face when you’re trying to watch the TVs. Would definitely go back
Watched Big Ten Championships in their side room with a couch. Got great service and great food at a decent price. I highly recommend for sporting events!
Expected bar food and quality. It was much better than that.
Had a fantastic time and meal there this past zsaturdat Saturday night. It was busy with games on all of the tv’s but it was easy to hear the conversation at my table. I highly recommend it for a good, casual dinner with an awesome menu!
HAVEN'T BEEN TO THIS LOCATION SINCE RESTAURANT WAS CALLED TRAX A FEW YEARS AGO. SERVICE THERE WAS INADEQUATE AND FOOD WAS AVERAGE, ALTHOUGH THE MENU WAS DIVERSE. THE WAREHOUSE HAD BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE WAS GOOD. BAR AREA WAS HOPING BUT WE WERE IN THE DINING ROOM. THEY ALSO HAVE AMPLE PARTY ROOMS. WHILE THERE THERE WAS A GROUP OF ABOUT 50 WATCHING THE ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE. WHO WOULD HAVE THUNK THAT THERE WOULD BE AN ALABAMA PRESENCE IN DEERFIELD, IL! WE WILL BE BACK AND I LOOK FORWARD TO OUR NEXT VISIT. I HAD THE OVEN PIZZA AND IT WAS GOOD, BUT WASHED IT DOWN WITH THE HOT SKILLET CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM OF TOP. YUM. DIDN'T HAVE THE APPETIZER OF THE HOT PRETZEL BUT SAW IT BEING SERVED AND DEFINITELY WANT TO TRY THAT NEXT TIME.
Overall, it’s not a bad place. The salads are generous. Pizza is good. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was so-so. It came with fries which weren’t hot and they replaced them quickly with fresh ones. The Brussels sprouts are yummy. Next time, I’ll stick with the burger.
Service was terrible. The food was just okay. Way too noisy.
Completely messed up our order. They gave us 20% off. However, explanation of issues makes me feel they have systemic issues likely to cause repeat errors.
First visit to the Warehouse and was very satisfied with the food and beer selection. It was a Saturday night, so an added bonus was the flat screens scattered around the restaurant to watch your favorite team.
A very fun, nice atmosphere to Warehouse. A neighborhood bar, only in the ‘burbs!
Good food - We sat in the large bar area and it was very noisy but we could still carry on a conversation . If you want quieter atmosphere sit on the restaurant side. Good food
We went on a Sunday evening. It was quiet and not very busy. We sat in the bar area. It was roomy. Food was good. I had nachos which were very good. Good beer selection. Server was helpful and friendly. We had a nice evening with friends.
We had hamburgers and they were delicious. They even got my burger well done, which usually doesn't happen on the first try? Lots of families with young children which made the reservation a bit noisy.
The luncheon salads were very good and we were seated at our request in a quiet place away from the bar area. (Very few patrons at 12:45 p.m.)
My issue: I reserved a table through your site and requested outdoor seating upstairs for a special birthday luncheon with my friend on a beautiful day. This open air seating was the primary reason I selected the eatery. However, when we arrived the host said the terrace was closed for lunch; we were disappointed to say the least! The host did not apologize for the fact that that information was not mentioned anywhere and did not go out of his way to accommodate us.
Restaurant was EXTREMELY noisy
Fine if you have small children but for everyday dining, you couldnt hear across the table!
Great value ... good food ... great service... nice ambience, yet quiet enough to allow good conversation on a table for 8. Good beer selection ... only feedback I have is that a number of the draft beers were unavailable (at least 3 I attempted to order were not available that day).
Warehouse strikes a great balance between a family friendly restaurant and a sports bar. We've been several times and have always had attentive service. The food is very tasty, mostly American type food. A decent variety between sandwiches, burgers, salads, pastas so everyone should be able to find something to suit them.
Burger was good, the rest of the food average at best. Service was extremely slow. Waited about 30 minutes for a bill. Each beer sat empty for about 10 mins. Lot's of TV's. I've been here a few times, service is never great, but was pretty bad this time. Seemed like they were severely understaffed.
I hope it does well but not for me.Service was so so and food was average at best .
We visited on cinco de mayo and were happily surprised that fajitas were on the menu.. they were very reasonable priced and huge portions.. enough for lunch on sunday.. the only drawbacks were i specifically asked for NO AVOCADO as i am allergic, yet there was guacamole on my plate .. and my water was not filled duribg the meal.. it seemed like there were only 2 waiters.. understaffed.. but as always my s'mores were scrumptious...
Our food was good, love the chicken chopped salad. My only complaint was that our friends were charged $1.50 extra per Margarita to have them frozen. Ridiculous.
We tried Warehouse without realizing it was the old Trax space in Deerfield. Plenty of TVs all over to see whatever you like. Food is a little hit and miss. Got the BBQ chicken pizza that was tasty. Cheese curds were mediocre at best. Server mentioned they have been playing around with different ones, so it may be better next time. The siracha honey mustard sauce was good. Skirt Steaks were good but cooked inconsistently. Like the chimichurri sauce. Ordered Med (pink throughout) and got some med well and a lot of well. It didn't taste overcooked as it was very tasty and the meat quality was good. Just don't expect exact temp. Smokehouse burger was good. Crispy shrimp tacos should be avoided. Cedar plank salmon was very good and cooked as requested. BBQ sauce is a little spicy, which I like, but something to be aware of for those that don't. Side of sweet potato wedges are tasty. Fries are average. Roasted Veg was good. Will go back because overall I liked it and will try some different things next time that also looked good, especially since there was a menu update coming soon. Birthday celebration consists of a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream with whipped cream and choc sauce. Nothing exciting. Skillet cookie is very good.
Our business went well and we were able to talk in a moderate voice without having alot of background noise. The presentations on some of the dishes were fun, creative and delicious.
I personally had the Lettuce Wraps, they were presented creative and the quanity and taste were awesome. I highly recommend it for any occasion. Keep doing what your doing. I love the decor, too.
Great salad! Nice people and great service.
Great comfort food in a sports bar setting. Beyond the usual salads and sandwiches, which are high quality, are some very good entrees.
Great server. It was busy with people watching NCAA basketball. The food was good but not great.
We met friends for dinner to watch the basketball tournament. Had some green beer, I like the shrimp tacos. Saw a few others we knew, nice to support local businesses. A nice evening! In the summer, the rooftop seating is nice
This was a fun gathering place if you're there to watch sports. It's VERY LOUD and the sound echoes, so if you're going somewhere to have a nice conversation with your date/friends, this is not the place to go.
However, the beer selection was great and it's a fun place to gather for the March Madness tournament.
Love going to Warehouse. Robby Cohn makes everyone welcome! Todd, Juan and Megan are just a few of the great bartenders and wait staff! Food is great! A great neighborhood place!
Good bar food. We went there on a Sunday, and they had wing specials, which were delicious. Our waiter was amazing and provided us (a table 6) with superior service. Definitely will go back.
