They were understaffed and service was slow That can happen but they served me Overcooked tough piece of fish with no Watermelon/jalapeno purer as advertised I did not eat the fish The manger rtokk 10& off Our bill

Food was descent. Salads were drenched in dressing and soggy within a few minutes of being at the table. Atmosphere was great and server was excellent. Chicken & Waffles were pretty good- chicken was best part.

I was impressed with the attention to detail from the moment I arrived to this restaurant and the Host escorted me to a table just as I had requested in the Open Table app. The ambiance of the place was soothing and relaxing and my server Jameson provided excellent customer service throughout the dining experience. Everything was exceptional from the appetizer to the dessert. However the Ribeye from my Surf and Turf was the toughest steak I've ever had and lacked taste and were it not for this I was ready to give this restaurant a 5 Star. I exhort management to check this out and come up with a better quality steak, especially this being the most expensive item on the menu. Other than this I loved this restaurant and would highly recommend it to everyone for a one of a kind dining experience.

We've verbally spoken with our chef to inquire about the ribeye, you were served. We haven't been able to speak with Jameson as he's off today. We're hoping you mentioned this to him while dining, as we would have definitely resolved during your visit. Had a wonderful visit. Service and food was excellent. I noted on my OpenTable reservation that we had one person who was gluten free. They had a menu prepared and highlighted with gluten free options.

Service was fantastic! He was very accommodating and friendly. The staff offered free drinks and I thoroughly enjoyed my food.

WOW! We thoroughly enjoyed dining at Well Hung Vineyard Roanoke! We were welcomed as we walked in, and it went great the entire, visit! The portobello fries were amazing - We've never heard of these before. I had their surf & turf, while my partner had a salad. We've traveled all over the world, and this was one of our most favorite meals and experience. From the brand, logo, customer service, value etc. We're hoping to visit the other locations throughout our travels. If you're in Roanoke, you have to try Well Hung Vineyard

My daughter and I arrived at 7 pm — atmosphere was very flat. Server v nice and service good. We had one Richard’s favorite flight and a glass of the Just Peachy. Just Peachy tastes like cough syrup but the flight a good sampling. We had the charcuterie board, Caesar salad and apple/ Brie crostini. Charcuterie board v average and was cheese overload. Crostini to be recommended. Caesar salad with pasta was as expected.

Steaks were not cooked very well. Restaurant was out of ranch (how?) Atmosphere was kind of 'blah'. This Well Hung could not hold a candle to Gordonsville location. It was, for $173, a disappointment.
