Macadamia Nut-Crusted Alaskan Halibut
roasted asparagus, lemon butter
the most tender of all steaks
Great food and services the staff is very friendly and helpful as always.
always nice and generally nice and Quiet. food is always excellent and we find the staff extremely friendly and accommodating
Food was good, not worth what they charge. Service was good, above average.
Service was good but the food was not great by any means. The steak was a poorly cut bone-in ribeye that should not have been served. There is no way it looked good before it hit the grill let alone how it was presented when it hit the table. The halibut was over cooked and hard to finish based on the over doneness. I’ve eaten there before but will not go back. Again the service was good, but given the quality of the food I will not go back.
Service was amazing but the food was average at best.
Excellent customer service.
First class restaurant. Instead of a tenderloin (which is usually something I order when I go out) I decided to order the skirt steak with creamed spinach. The skirt steak was undoubtedly the best I have ever eaten. Tender, flavorful and beautifully seasoned. You could cut it with a fork.
Highly Recommended, Quality Service with Quality Food!!!
Kudos to Bo at the bar, Luke & Steven at host stand, Clay in management, and those in the kitchen who prepare the tasty array of Wildfire dishes!
The food was excellent but the service was more casual compared to other visits there...which is okay but they whole theme of the restaurant is bases on 1940's steakhouse with excellent service.
We had a phenomenal meal at Wild Fire. We had New York Steak, Rib Eye steak, crab cakes for appetizers and the kale and Caesar salad. Phenomenal service from our waitress as well. Great experience!
The halibut macadamia nut with asparagus and cream spinach is my favorite dish ever. I cant resist coming to Wilfire and ordering anything different.
Always attentive service. Food is excellent and ample serving size
Wonderful restaurant and I will be back. Food was delicious.
Thank you. Your fried chicken is outstanding as are your cocktails. Service was excellent also.
Absolutely amazing vibe and the staff was very friendly! All the food tasted super high quality and we devoured our plates. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
We always enjoy dinners at Wildfire. Great selection of steaks.
Great food, service, ambiance & management. One of our regular go to restaurants in McLean. Brian, Bo & Saundra rule the bar with professionalism, attentiveness & “funness.” Luke is an amiable host & Clay manages with aplomb. This place gets it right.
Really slow service
Unfortunately I didn't get our server's name but she provided exceptional service. I will be back for that reason alone.
The food was so delicious!!!! I definitely will be back!
We have visited Wildfire several times over the past 4 years for special occasions. During each visit, the food has been excellent. During our dining experience last night, service was not great. As the restaurant is pricey and after spending over $400, we think the service should have been better.
Food was incredibly mediocre, service was abysmal and atmosphere was loud and cluttered. Would not return.
Great meal and service!
Food was very good with the exception of the crab cake.
Server was very kind, meal was fantastic. Not a fan of the cornbread appetizer, perhaps another option should be tried with guests. Prices are comparable with the area. This was a return visit and would go again.
Great service and great food!
Food was just ok and the service was horrible.
The food was okay, the server was good; however, the restaurant was way too crowded and was not practicing social distancing. There was hardly any room between the tables for the servers to move on the floor where we sat. I did notice there were partitions between the booths. I also thought I indicated we were coming for a birthday but there was no acknowledgment.
Great food and service.
Food was ok/ do not ever order the crab cakes I did not see any crab within them had to return them - cornbread was good. Husbands steak special he said was “ok” same with son. Service ok - on the slow side which is even worse when stuck in the back room but we did make a last minute reservation.
My friend and I had wonderful evening, dining and enjoying the ambiance of a splendid place. Look forward to the next visit.
Thank you excellent service … our water was really nice and friendly did every think we asked for … thanks
They missed the mark tonight. And I don’t like that they have cut their menu down. I think we are going to take a break from Wildfire until things get more back to a post-Covid normal. It’s too expensive for crappy service and food that doesn’t measure up.
The food, as always, was very good. However, service was extraordinarily slow, to the point that we uncharacteristically complained about this. That resulted in only a slight improvement.
The restaurant seemed rather dirty. I ordered a medium rare steak that came to the table medium well. It was swimming in juices. The only delicious thing was the kale and spinach salad. That was outstanding.
Excellent experience. Busy but not crazy, & we loved our meal… our server was attentive, & friendly.
It just so happened to be “restaurant week” and I invited one of my BFF’s to lunch. It was delicious, service ( As usual ) was fantastic and of course the ambiance was Incredible. I will be back next week. One of my favorite restaurants to frequent…. Besides, I’m dreaming about that cornbread!😍❤️
The food was excellent. My family of 4 had prime rib, steak tips, and salmon, with fries, broccoli, and baked mixed vegetables. We also had their famous chopped salad, which is a meal unto itself. The meats were tasty and tender, despite the prime rib being served medium well to well done, even though we had requested medium. Our server was a bit slow. My wife likes her coffee very hot. It took 15 minutes to bring it out, but she didn't mind the wait because it was being freshly brewed -- it won't get any hotter than that. However, our waiter forgot to bring the creamer, sugar, and spoon, so we had to ask for it -- three times. It took three reminders and two trips (over 15 minutes) for him to first bring the creamer and sugar, and later a spoon. After 15 minutes of waiting for the creamer, sugar, and spoon, my wife could finally have her coffee, which was no longer hot, the way she likes it. I still gave our waiter a fair tip because I think he was fairly new and inexperienced, but he was trying hard, and he had a good attitude. We've been to this restaurant many times, and we've always had excellent meals. We're looking forward to going again, maybe even with the same waiter, who will have had the time to hone his skills and provide the level of service typically provided at Wildfire.
