Réservation pour les 50 ans de mon épouse

Hier wird Service gelebt. Ein ganz dickes Lob an das Servicepersonal. Aufmerksam, trotzdem dezent.

Alles schief gegangen, was nur schief gehen kann. Deckel im Cocktail, falsches Getränk servieren etc.....
Habe im Vorfeld nachgefragt, ob sie Alternative zum Fleisch und laktosefreiem Kost anbieten uns sie haben sich keinerlei Mühe gemacht.
Und das Servicepersonal war so frech und keine Entschuldigung gezeigt, wo es angebracht gewesen wäre.
Das Beste, sie wollten abzocken. Statt Mittagsmenüpreis hat man zuerst jedes einzelne Gericht verrechnet. Und unser Hauptgang, der nun leider nur eine Suppe war, hat er noch je 10 Euro Aufpreis verlangt, nach dem ich mich reklamiert habe in Bezug auf die Rechnung.
So frech, dass sie von Touristen einfach Geld abzocken wollen und keinerlei Schamgefühl empfinden.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen runden den Geburtstag gefeiert. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Der Besuch hat sich im Wintergarten bei sonnigem Wetter gelohnt.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr angenehm, mit Blick in den Park, schön Tageslicht hell. Die gesamte Atmosphäre zu ist wohltuend. Der Service hervorragend, kompetent und diskret. Die Speisen und Getränke sehr gut.

We had spent the day in Baden Baden and this was a really nice way to end it. The bar and restaurant were elegant but not stuffy and the food was very good.

Angebot unter dem neuen Team wesentlich interessanter als früher.

Immer einen Besuch wert ? Die Speisekarte navigiert zwischen zeitgenösisch und traditionell mit Portionen im Bereich der Sterneküche. Dies ist aber nicht immer der Wunsch des Gastes. Traditionelle Gerichte wie Rehrücken, dürfen als Gericht auch in einer Quantität gereicht werden, die den Gast nicht unbefriedigt lässt. Die Qualität ist nach wie vor ausgezeichnet.

Great food in a wonderful House, very friedlich staff nur incredibal expensiv water you dont read about befor the bill comes.... Not so good

Very nice atmosphere, quite similar to Savoy in London. Excellent Service, Very good standard of food exceptionally presented, great selection of wines, warm, touchy, almost homey feeling. Definitely worth a visit or a special occasion treat, most certainly be back. Thank you

Tout était parfait de l'ambiance à la qualité des mets. Sans parler de l'esprit du Brenner...un merveilleux voyage dans une autre époque.

At first impression we didn’t think much of the Wintergarten mainly because there was so little to choose from. The menu is indeed very small. Three starters, two of which were tartar dishes. Two fish, two meat! So we started disappointed but when the food came we felt highly rewarded. It was superbly prepared, very very tasty and we enjoyed the meal and felt good afterwards!
So size matters but not always and, in the case of the Wintergarten, a great culinary experience.

That was the worst experience in my life. Super snobby restaurant. We made a reservation on a open table, got confirmation and came on time. Staff look at us like we dong belong to THIS place. We been asked 3 times if we a really made a reservation .Than we got a table finally ,but with out any plates or silverware on it. I am not even talking about napkins and glass wear. Then waiter came down and that she is not sure we got a reservation,but still she “ will give us some food”. I fill like a bagging for food ,not a visiting good restaurant,that was recommended by the client of this restaurant. But the final accord was when waitress brought us a lunch menu instead dinner. After that we just left this “ fabulous” restaurant. I still don’t understand why we deserve this “ attention “. Never judge book by the cover.We are the travelers and we visited a lot of famous restaurants around the world and never had experience like that.

Best time have passed: Poor service (inattentive, inexperienced and obtrusive - especially when filling in cool wine form the bottle into a half full glass with warm wine), inconvenient basket-chairs for dinner as well as poor food (... tasting like nothing - whether meat, sauce or salad ) and poor drinks (... coffee like an espresso diluted by water and bottle of absolutely flat Loire wine warm for only 199 € per bottle).

Simply ridiculous.

Delicious food served in a tranquil setting overlooking a beautiful park. The service is great. Highly recommended.

Le serveur, sous des dehors sympathiques, nous a recommandé et conseillé des "expériences" qui se sont au final révélées onéreuses. Jouant également sur une soi disant erreur de traduction, il nous apporte 50 g de caviar au lieu des 15 g !!! ; pour les pâtes truffées, il nous rappe la truffe sans nous expliquer que nous allons payer au gramme, nous faisant imaginer que c'est dans le prix forfaitaire du plat. Idem pour ses digestifs spécifiques et "artistiques"....à 32 euros les 4 cl. Nous nous sommes sentis arnaqués par ce serveur qui en fait voulait faire du chiffre et donc augmenter notre addition au maximum. Cela a gâché notre bon repas….dérangé par une dizaine de très bruyants voisins de table.
Expérience mitigée donc, et financièrement très salée !!!

The staff tried but there is only so much 2 people can do when there are 8 tables to serve and one of those tables has 10 demanding people on it

Wir waren nach einem Konzert im Festspielhaus dort, Service und Essen unterdurchschnittlich nur der Preis überdurchschnittlich. Wir haben beide seither 2Tage Brechdurchfall.
Das Anbiente bedarf einer zeitgemäßen Renovierung, zu eng bestuhlt.

Schöner zwangloser Abend bei gutem Essen. Leider war abends bereits die komplette Tageskarte vergriffen, was eigentlich nicht sein sollte.
Zumal ja Osterfestspiele waren und dies bekannt war.

Service ordentlich, Qualität Essen schlecht, Ackersalat nicht geputzt, Käse als Dessert nicht wählbar, Auswahl dürftig. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert

The Wintergarten Restaurant in the beautiful Brenner's Park Hotel is a lovely venue. Staff is friendly with service a bit disorganized. Upon arrival we were shown to an isolated table by a service station. Probably the worst table in the restaurant. With several other tables empty, we inquired about their availability and were told they are reserved. When told that we too had a reservation and were guests in the hotel, a better table was offered. During the evening the other "reserved tables" remained unoccupied. While this was a minor annoyance, the bigger issue was the wait of almost an hour between the starter and the entrée. Staff apologized for the delay, but the food arrived tepid. Wish it had been better. Cannot recommend.

Wir waren das erste mal im Wintergarten. Das Essen war sehr gut hergerichtet. Wir sind restlos zufrieden mit der Leistung. Man sitzt sehr schön. Die Bedienung war ausgezeichnet. Der Wein ist sehr gut gewesen. Wir gehen auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin.
