Love the variety of the menu. The “specials” the Bowls and vegan choices.
Of course my fav, was the Dirty Martini.

I was really looking forward to try somewhere new. When I got there the asked if we wanted that high top in the bar area (where there was one other couple) or the dining room (where there were several parties). We assumed there would be better service in the bar area. Little did we know that the people at the bar were going to be extremely loud.
Next was the server. She seemed ok at first, but then as she visited the people at the bar we became less of a priority. She also did not seem to know the menu. We had to wait with empty drinks. I’m not sure if we weren’t on the radar because we are young guys, but I was clearly planning on spending good money all dressed to the nines.
When we ordered dessert, my partner’s crepe brûlée was a soup. When he mentioned it to the server, she seemed to not understand what he was saying. But after explaining it to her, she did put in for a new one, which was much better.
Then came the check. She ran my card and dropped off the receipt, without a pen to sign it. She proceeded to go back to her conversation at the bar, and finally we ended up having to be loud to get some attention.

The food was good, but for the amount I paid for it, I would expect exceptional service as well.

We had an amazing time. The food was excellent except for one of the desserts. Our waiter offered to take it off the bill. Our waiter was outstanding! We love this place!

Food was amazing as usual. Stuffed dates are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. We all had the braised lamb shank which just fell off the bone it was so tender. Staff was very friendly and efficient bur not intrusive. Love the cozy atmosphere. Limited wine selection (thanks to Covid spacing) but decent selection. Creme brûlée was superb. Help them stay in business; you won’t regret it!

We had the filet which was perfectly cooked and the goat cheese balls were excellent. Loved the service

We had a great meal. We selected the calamari as and appetizer. TheY accommodated our request to leave out the peppers. For our entrees, we both ordered the paella, one vegetarian and one with seafood. They were both excellent. We even got a seasonal dessert, pumpkin bread pudding. Overall it was a delicious meal. We will go back!

Excellent food, excellent service, delicious drinks, but my friend and I were SHOOK when we got our bill and saw that our gin fizz drinks were $16 (SIXTEEN) dollars! There were no prices on the drink menu so we were expecting them to be around $12 as they were well made, but for that price I feel like we should at least know how much we are about to pay before ordering. The overall vibe of the restaurant was great, but those drink prices may be the reason I won’t go back. Even though those chicken empanadas were the best I’ve ever had!

There was only one other person there for lunch, so needless to say, it was pretty quiet there and we had the full attention of the server.

The food and service and staff was excellent. It was a bit quiet but that could be due to not a lot of patrons in the restaurant and no music playing in background. We sat in the front room that faces out to Elm St and it was very sterile and quiet. You felt like you had to whisper at first. The lighting wasnt very warm but these are more constructive as we felt the food was amazing as were the drinks and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will go there again for sure.

Excellent date night restaurant. Fiancé had the salmon. I had the vegan paella. One of the best dishes I’ve ever had! We both really enjoyed our night there. We’ll be back!

Food and service are always great. Lots of choices on the menu for gluten free, vegan & everything in between. They will cater to any allergies or dietary restrictions. Very good socially distanced tables. Would definitely recommend

Server was very nice but we waited quite awhile to put our drink order in without even having drink menus in front of us.

We sat outside and had a good time watching the people and cars go by. We waited a long time for our appetizers to come out. When I was ready to order dinner our server said she would be right back and then didn't come back for over 15 minutes. By the time we got our dinner it was dark, and unfortunately they didn't have any sort of lighting on our table or umbrella so we were eating in the dark. Better service and lighting for outside dining would have made this meal outstanding.

It was the first time we’ve eaten out since COVID began back in March. We ate outside as it was a nice night. The food and service are always terrific. Wide variety on their menu. Highly recommend

If you like mediocre food and drinks and the ambience of a prison cafeteria, this is the place for you.
Wait staff was nice but seemed preoccupied with guests that he knew personally. Other tables were so obnoxiously loud that I couldn’t hear the person sitting across from me.

For a first time visit, I had a very nice time and would definitely be recommending as well as coming back.

After being seated at our table by the hostess, and given water and menus, we waited for our server...and waited... and waited. Despite multiple staff entering the room where we were seated, nobody acknowledged us. Looking around, it appeared very few tables had any food at all. After 15-20 minutes, we got up and left. I know things are a little crazy in the new COVID world, but just a quick 'I'll be right with you' is all we needed, and we would have stayed.

We have eaten here in the past, and loved the food, so all in all a disappointing evening.

This is my favorite place to eat. I am gluten and dairy free and XO has lots of options. Sadly on this visit our food arrive barely warm. I did not order a drink because the only GF vodka they offer is Tito’s. I do not enjoy Tito’s. The waitress said they carried a potatoes vodka by Belvedere so I ordered a drink. Thankfully I do not suffer from Celiacs because as I discovered later Belvedere does not make a GF vodka. Very disappointed in my visit.

Food is always outstanding- love trying all the new menu items. Can’t say enough about this restaurant and so glad they are making it through the pandemic - they just reopened their inside dining and we were there first day!! Safe and delicious!

Good service, very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and big portions. Outdoor seating is a nice option but isn’t overly appealing as it is right in the sidewalk and the main road.

We sat outside, on Elm St. So many racing motorcycles, loud cars, we couldn't really carry on a conversation. 4 of us. ALL of us felt there was no taste/seasoning on our meals. Disappointing

First time at this restaurant and would definitely return. Food was fantastic as was the service. Highly recommend.

We had four lovely meals and I was especially pleased with their vegan options. My only disappointment was the relatively loud music coming from their outdoor speakers. I did ask them to turn down the music and it took a while but the volume was eventually lowered. We will definitely be back when next in Manchester.

XO is one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, tonight everything just seemed a little off. The staff seemed to be unorganized and running around without direction. Due to social distancing, we were the only table seated indoors and therefore we were able to enjoy our meal away from the fray.
