Wu's House - Evergreen Park
The food is good but the staff are not really “customer friendly”. They seem to rush me every time I visit
The overall experience was nice however, the chef I had at the time wasn’t so pleasant. Kept being forceful of drinking more sauki after I had some and told him I didn’t want anymore. He’s words to me was “if you get drunk, you can get my number”, I took that as harassment and he made me feel comfortable after making that statement.
Amazing food and experience!!! Great service at lunch! Tons of food!!
The food was delicious, the staff was incredible and the restaurant was very nice. I don't know if I agree that an 18% gratuity should be included in the invoice automatically as we are very good tippers regardless.
I did enjoy my dinner but one of the servers were really rude and had a bad attitude. All the adults at my table noticed and we weren’t happy about that but the food was amazing and so was our Chef
Great food and service! I love the presentations from the Chef. The staff is friendly and professional! I enjoyed my date there and would definitely return!
I highly recommend 10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Food was excellent and chef was very entertaining
The food is always delicious, and the menu is plentiful. The service is outstanding. I went on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait. The restaurant is clean and the ambience is very pleasant. Staff are always very attentive. It's always a satisfying dining experience.
Always a great time. Wu's House isnt just pretty on the eyes, they serve really good food too. The hibatchi is impressive and you get huge portions. I think it is worth the price. Their drink options are great too! Definitely make reservations on the weekends, it gets crazy packed.
Perfect spot for date night, hanging out with friends or spending family time. I will definitely be back there to enjoy the atmosphere and food!
Wus is always fun. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. Get dressed up or wear jeans. Doesnt matter. Youll enjoy
So sad about my second visit here. The food was terrible and they rushed us out like we was taking up space while noticing "other" parties enjoyed their time sitting. Overall we wont be going there again.
We really enjoyed the place and food and my grandchildren will not stop talking about it
Great food and service. The hibachi chef was very entertaining and the food quality was great!
Nice! I like this place. Attend all the time.
Everything was nice from the food, server, and creative cook. The fire was amazing on the grill with the tricks
It was my daughter’s birthday. It was her first time there and she had ball. The chef paid special attention to her and kept the energy high
Food had too much water and was tasteless
Had a very nice dinner
Everything was great!!
Felt rushed and waited didn't bring the order as requested.
Chef was great but our waitress was really rude. Plus they have an 18% mandatory gratituity
I had a blast at WU’s for my 42nd Birthday. Very delicious food and enormous portions, this place is filled with personality.
I go often and this time the cook was not very exciting. He kind of had an attitude because my daughter was on her phone. He also burnt some of our food. I will still recommend this place because all of the other times were great.
Hostess up front were rude. Told us we had to order for people coming even though half the party was there and they were 5 minutes away.
Enjoyed the food, service was great!
During dinner my daughter saw a mouse by the hibachi grill across from us. At first I didn’t believe her then another customer at our table saw it as well. Her graduation dinner experience was ruined.
There was mice running around in the restaurant. Even with a reservation, we had to wait over an hour. Overall bad experience
A lot of mice ran out and when we showed manager we were showed the door as if we were wrong
birthday for my little lady everything was so nice
We were celebrating my daughter’s graduation from high school. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back!
We celebrated my son's birthday. We would definitely go back again.
My wife & I enjoyed our weekly date night with dinner at Wu’s.
They were very caring regarding allergies 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
If you are a vegetarian, DO NOT DO HIBACHI. As two of us are vegetarians in our family- we left the restaurant saddened, and still hungry. We notified the server on our arrival that we were vegetarian. We then watched as the table-side chef (who was VERY entertaining) used his knife, his tongs and his spatula on meat...and then the same utensils on our vegetables. :/ We told our server NO SHRIMP for the two of us- but it still was placed on our plates. It was very disheartening. Yes- we could have said something-but on a Saturday night at 8pm, and the damage has been done- you just move along. Dear House of Wu, if you have vegetarian customers among your meat-eaters...MAKE ALL VEGETABLE ORDERS FIRST. USE SEPARATE UTENSILS!!! It isn’t that hard. Ask Benihana.
My 3 meat eaters were very happy. Generous portions. Highly entertained. (Would give Wu’s a higher/different rating for my carnivores.)
Excellent service! Food was delicious and very fast! Drinks were awesome! It’s no wonder why my wife loves this place!
No complaints. Service was wonderful and food was delish.
