Braised Short Rib
8 hour braised / mashed potato / crispy onions / red wine demi glaze
seared tuna / wonton crisps / mango chili
It was my birthday dinner.. the staff was very accomadating, friendly and fun.
The Coconut Macaroon was one of best cocktails I have ever had!!! Yummy
Exvellent food and ambiance. Super sweet bartender Natasha.
Delicious food and wonderful service. My boyfriend and I come here often. Never have been disappointed
The food was amazing. The service was even better than the food.
We started with lobster bisque, the soup wasn’t hot and had no flavor. The only plus was that it actually had a few pieces of lobster in it. The Caesar salad, however, was quite good. We then waited an eternity for the entree. We had linguine w white clam sauce. Presentation was good. The linguine tasted like it was dragged through dish water. There was absolutely no flavor at all. We will not return and definitely will not refer anyone.
Valentines Day celebration with friends. Fantastic Band that had the crowd dancing all night. Price fixed menu with very good options. Overall a very good meal and great entertainment.
Either inexperienced wait staff or understaffed. Valentine’s Day but I’m sorry. That’s no excuse. Be prepared to be busy. No secret here
The food was excellent but the valet couldn’t find my keys and it took a half hour to find them. No one seemed in a rush to find them, and they seemed annoyed with me when I started to get upset. It was unfortunate because the food and service was great but my wife and I both left upset.
We went on valentine's day so there was a price fixed menu. When the bill came luckily we noticed the tip was already added for our party of 4. Mo one told us. After we gave our credit card there was still a spot for the tip and calculations on what to add. So in reality they wanted a 40% tip. This was very wrong and I am very sure most people had no clue the tip had already been applied.
Early Valentine’s day dinner. Perfect ambiance. There was live music that started half way through our meal, so they lowered these 3 large, elegant, noise damping curtains and closed the doors to the dining area. The music was still audible at a perfect level. We continued to talk easily while enjoying the music and our food. The food, service and seating arrangement was excellent as well.
Went there on a random Wednesday and it was great for a small get together with family. It wasn’t super crowded so we were sat right at our reservation time even though we were waiting for more people from our party to show up. Food was tasty and the wait staff were very accommodating. Everyone loved their drinks. We had to wait a little bit for our bread but the waitress explained that it was still in the oven. When we got the bread a few minutes, it warm and soft, fresh from the oven. We loved the flatbread crackers too lol. For appetizer we really liked the calamari and mussels. For dinner there are a lot of great dishes but my fav was what my husband ordered, the surf & turf. For dessert the creme brûlée, it was excellent!
Took 3 hours to get my food
Were three couples celebrating 70th birthday and the evening was a disaster. The restaurant was over booked and the service was terrible. We were constantly asking for the same thing two and three times before it arrived. After waiting an hour and a half for the main course it only arrived when we stood up and threatened to leave. The staff knew it was a birthday so you think they would have offered to bring a piece of cake. Instead we got three checks with the orders mixed up. They did comp us the 3 cheapest entrees but the evening was already ruined. The food that did arrive was mediocre at best and overpriced.
They have a live band but the bar and dance floor filled to overcapacity so you cannot move. To top off the evening we stood outside in the cold with patrons blowing cigar smoke in our faces waiting for the valet to bring the car.
The food was delish our waiter was great, the kitchen not so great we ordered our dinner at 7:30 n our waiter had to stand in the kitchen and make them prepare our dinner. We finally got our dinner at 9:30, it was so late.
Service was not good, waitress was slow and didn’t know anything about the menu or food, my wine had soap in the glass, the food was cold especially the soup,.
My wife and I tried this restaurant for the 1st time on Saturday and was pleased with the overall design and ambiance of the place. The bar area was big and looked very nice. The menu was good with plenty of good options to choose from. The biggest problem we had with our dinner was the service. While the waitress was nice, the service was very slow. We go out to dinner often and this was one of the slowest service times we ever experienced. We waited a long time to just order wine, then a long time to actually get the wine. The fastest item to come to the table was the appetizer but the entrees took a very long time. We ordered dessert but we ended up actually asking for it to go because we got tired of waiting for it. There was table next to us that sat after us and still left before us. We recognized someone at the bar as we were leaving, so we stayed for an after dinner drink. I would say the bar staff was very pleasant and attentive. Theres a live band that plays there as well, which was good. Overall, not a bad place, we might go back for a drink at the bar next time and maybe eat there instead of the tables.
Food was great service was good live music was great
The restaurant is very well decorated it’s very comfortable the food was very tasty and delicious the service was excellent we enjoy staying there and we also listen to the bands on the weekends there so we really enjoy the place I don’t give it 10 stars if I could
Service was fast and friendly. Hot food was served hot and cold food was served cold. Meal was a good value for the price charged.
Food was amazing however, the waiter was very very very slow. It took 2 hours just to get the entree. We took our desert to go.
My girlfriend and I love it here. We are sushi lovers and steak eaters. This place is top notch. The food is always prepared perfect. Great drink menu. The staff treats you like family. Great spot.
My husband and I had been here a couple times before and decided to take our good friends (who had never been before) to celebrate their engagement. We were brought into another room away from the bar, that I didn’t even know they had, where it was much quieter. Service was great, other than him taking quite some time to find the bottle of wine we ordered. After that, service went smoothly. The food came out pretty quickly and all the food we ordered was absolutely delicious, and we know this because we all tried each other’s entrees! Dessert was wonderful as well. We all left completely full and super happy. Although it’s a little expensive for every day dining (though completely worth what you’re paying for), I would definitely recommend for a special occasion here and there.
Always such a beautiful place and great service from Gabriel our waiter. He was attentive and sweet.
Sushi chef knows his stuff. I had the ribeye steak pans buffalo chicken flatbread. Great drink menu. Try the Ristegio’s roll. Wait staff was on point. Very accommodating. Will be back for sure.
Beautiful restaurant and bar. Service was fantastic
Cozy, good food, great drinks.
We went there for new years eve and we were very disappointed. We got there at 9:45 and our main course did not come out till 11:40 which is a problem if you wanted to be up dancing for the count down. They ran out of food which is surprising since we had to give our credit card to make the reservation so they knew how many people were coming. They ran out of the lobster tail which is what I ordered and the chocolate pecan pie. They gave me chocolate cake which was dry and very old I couldn't even eat it. My husband complained about the wait for out food and at no point did our server or manager come over to offer a complimentary glass of champagne or anything, they just didn't care. I was a server for 8 years and if this was my tablet I would have offered something. To top it am off the server put the gratuity on our check and we were a party of 2. He did not tell us the gratuity was on the check so we double grated him. Do you think he came up to us after to thank us for the generous tip since we left him 100 dollars cause of the gratuity he put on it, no. Not a "thank you" or "did you know the gratuity was included" nothing he was gone hoping we would not realize we just doubled grated him. I was a server once so I know the right and wrong way to do things as a server. We went there 5 years ago for new years and have been busy with having kids since. We were looking forward to going out on new years eve again. We will not be going back there.
Service was horrible. We had a 9:45pm reservation. It took 30 minutes before they even took our order. It was a limited menu for NYE. They ran out of my top 2 choices for appetizers and both choices for dessert. I also ordered the surf and turf, which was supposed to include fillet mignon and lobster tail. At 11:15, they told me that they ran out of lobster tail and offered me shrimp instead. At this point I didn't care, so I said yes. When they brought out my entree at 11:30, it was the thinnest piece of fillet mignon I've ever seen, maybe slightly thicker than skirt steak, and they only gave me 3 shrimp, which was the substitute for the lobster tail. To top it off, they included a gratuity of 25% in the bill. I will not be returning any time soon.
We were told that the lobster tails were sold out on New Years Eve but the table who was seated AFTER us got lobster tails. Explain that! Slow horrible service to boot!
The quality of the food for the price charged was not up to par
Ambiance was nice but service and food were lacking
We came for Christmas Eve dinner. We have been coming here for three years for Christmas Eve. The first two years were very nice experiences. It was Not an overcrowded restaurant. However this year that not the case this year. It was very crowded. They were understaffed. Everyone was extremely frazzled. We waited one hour for a bottle of wine. By the time our dinner came it was Luke warm.We have gone to this restaurant quite often and this review is not of the norm. We enjoy this restaurant and in most cases it has been an extremely enjoyable evening. However Christmas Eve was not to their standard level and we were disappointed. Don’t rule this place out for dining because it is a very good restaurant and the food is excellent.
We have been to Ristegios on several different occasions and where very pleased
Our Christmas Eve dinner was a terrible experience
I ordered Mahi Mahi and my husband ordered crab cakes
My Mahi Mahi came to the table and was completely raw
We sent in back and asked them to take back my husband’s order and serve them together
When they brought back the Food only 1/2 crab cake was on the dish
Ultimately we got the manager who apologized but indicated it was Christmas Eve and things happen
He took off from the bill but I really would hesitate to go back there again
Also their prices for Christmas Eve were very high
Most entrees were in the $40 range
They ruined Christmas Eve! I made a 6:15 reservation and was seated at 6:10, great start right? That’s where it ended. Our drink order wasn’t taken until 6:45, dinner order at 7:00. The salads came relatively quickly but the calamari was under cooked and like rubber, replaced with a salad but still charged for the calamari. Then we waited, waited and waited some more. I had my 3 year old granddaughter with us so that’s why the reservation was made early, Santa was coming! By they way did I mention our poor server had 8 tables all 5+ to cover. We begged from more bread, took forever to get second round of sodas! Not mixed drinks, just soda! I spoke with the hostess about this issue her response, we are short handed in the kitchen! It was a limited menu as well, unreal. Our food finally arrived around 8:30 I barely remember it because we scoffed it down. It wasn’t huge a small filet, a spoonful of mashed potatoes and some mixed vegetables, nothing difficult. No time for dessert, we would probably still be sitting waiting. The bill was almost $300 for the worst dining experience of all time! Not even an apology from the management that steered clear of all of the larger tables that night hanging specifically by a small party of 4 on the far side of the dining room. We once loved this place, NEVER AGAIN. I felt robbed of not only my money but of cherished Christmas memories. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
The place is very nice, we have been there several times. Tonight it was packed and not enough wait staff and bus servers. The food was very good, hot and plentiful. Suggestions would be to Offer specialty drinks. If the staff can’t handle a large crowd of people than don’t overfill the place.
EJOYED OUR HOLIDAY LUNCHEON AND THE GREAT AND ENGAGING SERVICE OFCLAIR.
Tried to charge us for something we did not order
Appetizer was cold. Dinners were warm. It was ok. Crowed for dinner. Kitchen couldn’t keep up
Was a wonderful experience on Thanksgiving day. The buffet was delicious and very extensive. Staff was right on top of things. Would absolutely return and recommend
Buffet food was cold and overcooked. Not a big selection. And the plated dessert was tiny and unappetizing. For a holiday dinner you would never know it was a holiday. Not a good value for the price. Disappointing
