Row House Mac & Cheese
Five cheese sauce, toasted panko
Soy Sesame Chicken Wings
Peanut sauce, celery, carrots
Crispy battered fish, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa verde
Great experience! Though I wish they brought the kids food earlier, rather than much later than everyone else’s.
The food was tasty however, I ordered lobster mac & cheese which contained absolutely no lobster. The waiter was kind enough to remove the order from my bill. Other than that the restaurant is great. I plan to return and obviously I will not order lobster mac & cheese again.
Row House is always a great brunch choice. Food is delicious and didn’t take long to come out.
It took 30 minutes to get a drink- the apps were not good at all. The drinks were bad. The server did what she could do. Don't come for dinner - stick to brunch
Our wait staff was extremely professional and accomodating. The was pleasing to our palate and the cocktails hit the spot. The jazz band was a nice addition for brunch and the culture of Row House. Overall me and my friends had a wonderful experience.
We sat outside. Bonus is that the restaurant is on the shaded side of street early in the day so outdoor seating was relatively cool. The food is quite good.
The vibe was great. Nice music, terrific ambiance, great a/c. The Asian chicken wings were fire 🔥. The salsa verde w/ the fish tacos 🌮 was awesome. I definitely will be coming back for more.
Came here for Sunday brunch and enjoyed the atmosphere. The restaurant had a live band playing jazz the day we went and really set the mood. Service was fast and friendly and they made sure my glass was always full with a mimosa. I had the French toast and Mac and cheese trio. The best one of the trio was classic Mac and cheese. Would come
back again for brunch!
Very accommodating to large party, kind staff
Really great addition to Harlem's restaurant scene, but there are a few things they could do to take their food from average to excellent. We had the mac and cheese trio which was good but incredibly heavy and missing some green on the side. Chicken and waffles were disappointing, the dish could use a bit of spice on the chicken and more crunch on both. The shrimp and grits were very good, probably the best item we ordered. We also ordered the crab cake appetizer which was really delicious but came with a lot of water on the plate because the side salad wasn't well-drained. Cocktails were nice, but too sugary. Just generally an extra bit of care with the food would go a long way.
Service was great, ambience was perfect - there was live jazz when we sat down which was exquisite.
I came for brunch and ordered a crab cake which wasn’t edible it tasted old and I got nausea immediately. Then my friend and I ordered drinks first time the food came before the drinks but the drinks took about 30mins to come. It was not crowded at all and our service was just at the bar. We paid for the food we didn’t like and left
Always a great spot. Disappointted post Covid there was no guest DJ. Food and service excellent. Outdoor dining available.
We LOVED Row House!! Our ladies brunch was delightful and we will be returning soon!!
The decor and vibe with the live band was nice. On the downside, the band was too loud causing us to have to almost yell to talk to each other. My other disappointment was the service being subpar.
It was closed when I arrived for my reservation.
The service was very slow. Though I generally don’t mind having time to take things slow and to relax, at some point you have to check on people and bring the check. The food was all tasty and well prepared though the steak should have been medium and was cooked just about well done. I’d go back for another round.
I ended up eating alone, and they made it quite enjoyable.
Family get together from 4 stares. The pl ace is jumping but really portrays that great NYC vibe!! Best tapas ever: dint miss lobster empanadas, chicken wings, crab cake. Every one we had was fabulous. Drinks great! For summer, strawberry daiquiris. A do not miss place if you live NYC.
Nice Sunday brunch vibe with a jazz combo. Waiter was pleasant but service (food prep?) was slow. Very nice manager checked on our table and others, sometimes assisting with serving.
Brunch selections (eggs benedict and open faced BLT) were ok. Appetizer (shrimp taco) was excellent.
Sunday brunch with a Jazz Comb that played at fortissimo the entire time. It was extremely obnoxious. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t great. My date had the Shrimp & Grits. The cheese grits had no salt in them and the shrimp was under cooked. I had the Crab Cake Benedict. It was very fishy and quite unpleasant. They replaced it with the Chicken & Waffles…not the best.
It’s unfortunate. I was looking forward to this experience. I guess if I go back I’ll sit at the bar and have a cocktail. The Raspberry Sour was delicious!
Took an hour to get me my food and the food was cold when it arrived
This is one of the best salmons I've had in nyc, if you really like salmon order it here
Everything was great except the tables are kept very close together which wasn't ideal
Cool experience, good food
I love the food the service and the atmosphere at the Row House. The band was a plus and I love music at restaurants but it’s too loud when your inside trying to enjoy your company.
The place was clean, I enjoyed the entire I selected (waffle & spicy chicken) was tasty & I would order it again.
The music was turned up a little too loud for conversation. Overall experience was good.
This was our first time to try Row House, and my girlfriend and I will definitely be back! While the noise level was very loud, the jazz band and the delicious food reminded me of a New Orleans Jazz Brunch. Everything we ordered was excellent, but the Mac and Cheese with short rib stood out. The bottomless brunch option is the way to go! At $25 per person, it’s a great deal. Can’t wait to go back!
We always enjoy Row House and great to see it surviving the pandemic. Hoping to see more on the brunch menu as it continues to grow and evolve.
We throughly enjoyed our anniversary
The food was good but the live music was too much. The band was loud and everyone was screaming to be heard. Very uncomfortable.
Great restaurant and expansive menu! The only thing was it seemed that the staff was overstrained so when one of us spilled a drink...it took forever to get it cleaned up. Not the biggest deal for us, but could be an issue for others!
It was incredible!
First time at the Row House. The food was great and the service was good. Will definitely eat there again.
I really enjoyed the Row House. I took my husband there for Sunday Brunch Father's Day! Unfortunately the service for was not good. I think they were under staffed because it was very busy and I could never find our waitress. Therefore I had to keep getting up to get water, drinks and napkins/condiments etc for the appetizers. Then when the main entrees came I had to send the food back because it was delivered to my table COLD.
I ordered Shrimp & Grits and the yes, the Grits were Cold & Dry w. only (2) pieces of Shrimp. I also had to the Crab Benedicts and the Hollandaise sauce was Cold Too, so I had to send that back too. But the ambiance was fantastic, LOVED the Live Jazz Band! Just poor service and Brunch Food not as good as I thought it would be. Will go back again, when things get back to a Normal after Covid and more staff is hired & working.
Service was hospitable but extremely slow. I waited long for everything. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. Everything was pretty bland to me.
Ambiance is a cool vibe. The chicken potstickers were amazing. Wasn't a fan of the meatballs or Mac and cheese. Service was a bit slow. Drinks were great!
One of the best brunch spots in NYC. The mac n cheese cannot be beat! Salads, burgers, sandwiches and entrees are all terrific! Fun and on-trend vibe. Music is super loud, in case that matters. Service was uneven this time.
Friendly , great food great drinks
Great place for brunch and great jazz band
The food was great and the service was okay. It took awhile to get our orders taken and even longer for our food.
