Overcooked fillets to well done. Strip was slightly overcooked and extremely tough. Sides were good but average in quality especially at this price point. Service was average. Overall I would recommend several other Prime steak restaurants over every going here.

Always the best steaks and service. I had a New York strip. It was perfect. My wife chose grilled shrimp and it was great. The salad and soup were delicious. Great wine list. Service was cordial and professional.

our reservation was at 6:30. waited about an hour. was sat. waited for our food. 2 mid rare steaks and 2 lobster tails took an hour and a half. we were ready to leave, so they boxed up our food. they brought us complimentary drinks we didn't drink. pumping alcohol into ppl who haven't eaten is not good.

I get that it's Thanksgiving but food took a lonnng time to come out. Could've brought more bread. My husband ordered steak Med Rare - received medium. he was not happy. I ordered my steak at Med Rare and it came out medium which is the way I like it. Of course, Gaberiel our waiter was fabulous. He recommended ordering 1 temp lower than want which worked out for me. My husband should have ordered rare if he wanted med rare. too bad for him. We ordered oysters rockerfeller at the bar....a lot of creamed spinach slopped on time of hastily arranged oysters. Will not order that again. They were terrible. Service at bar was great. Our cosmos were perfect. We may put Ruth Chris on our Thursday date night rotation. Hope your staff gets some much needed rest. It was a zoo on T-Day.

Was told that they were running 20 minutes behind and to keep checking in. Reservation continued to be pushed back. Overheard front of house saying there was a problem with reservations. Overheard customers thanking front of house for “fitting them in.” Customers with same time reservation that sat before us, could not believe we were still waiting. I was pushed aside and forgotten about. Front house tried to seat a table who came after us. When I said something about reservation was at 4:30 and now it is 5:30. They called the other table back and sat us. Front of house was incompetent and clearly unorganized. I clearly expect that they maybe running behind, but this was pathetic and unprofessional.

Service was slow. Did not send one Steak back even though it was not cooked correctly because of how long it would have taken to get done right. Food was very good and waiter was good. But it took too long to get the mail meal served. It was Thanksgiving and very busy.

Had a reservation for 4pm got seated at 545pm. The food was cold. Had to help another dinner that was checking on some food as a lot of the staff never noticed what was going on. Would have been a shame if I wasn’t able to get the food dislodged from her chocking. Will say once it was over a waiter came and asked the lady if she needed 911 called.

First time going out to eat for thanksgiving and Ruth Chris didn’t disappoint. Joey was very attentive and took our orders quickly. Despite how busy the restaurant was our food came out fast and was very delicious! Joey is an excellent bartender and even made my mom a fresh strawberry lemonade! We will definitely be back and always ask for Joey!

Yes, they were very busy But, having a waiter have 2 tables of 8-10 people, our table of 2 did not get any attention. Please have a waiter for small tables not be the same waiter for large tables we had to wait while the large table made up their minds what they wanted. Waiting 20 minutes to get to order a dessert was not good but I still left an 18% tip it was Thanksgiving.

Been in town going on 9 years. Before I moved to town use to drive guests up to this Ruth Chris from Corpus Christi in a limo quite a few times. But never gone in, till Thanksgiving. Have done the Lubys and Saltgrass and a few hotels for Thanksgiving. Pretty much ok for the time and situation that my wife and I were in. You see my wife has a lot of health issues and it’s just her and me, no one to help like family. Why I’m telling you all this is we had high hopes for this Thanksgiving. They were blown out of the water, my wife had such a great time and loved her Thanksgiving meal. I want to tell management how we feel but have not had the time to let them know how heartfelt we are for such a wonderful experience. Food, service (Sher was just great) and the atmosphere. It is worth the try, do not think you will be disappointed. We will try it again and when Thanksgiving comes around again, guess where we will be if health issues are ok.

They were out of many of the menu items, including different types of alcohol. The waited had to keep coming back with the fact they didn’t have the vodkas on the menu, rice for the gumbo, different crusts/desserts/soups they offer, so they had to come back several times.

We celebrated a birthday among a party of six, with our reservations yielding no wait when we arrived and were instantly seated. Our party was welcomed heartily, and we ordered wine and cocktails to start. Appetizers included the Osso Bucco Ravioli, which stood out among our orders, and we hopped into salads, which were fresh and the blue cheese on my wedge quite flavorful. The main course arrived soon after that, and my 16oz ribeye was cooked to perfection, with the medium rare slab of beef yielding incredible flavor in every juicy bite. I accompanied mine with a Béarnaise sauce that was delightful. Dessert arrived, with a cheesecake adorned with a “Happy Birthday” message and the chocolate cheesecake providing our group with the necessary sweet notes to finish our grand meal. Of course, the service for our dinner was exceptional, with our waitress providing attentive service without intruding on our lively conversations. Our leisurely meal lasted a few hours and never felt rushed or unwelcome. We immensely enjoyed our birthday meal at this restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place for a special dinner.

It had been a long time since I visited. The decor is very outdated. The filets were done perfectly. However, baked potato was cold. Brussel Sprouts were just average. Creme Burlee was scrumptious. Service was outstanding!

The host, staff and management are all great at Ruth Chris San Antonio Airport on Jones Maltsberger. Our waitperson Josue was very knowledgeable of all the food items and wines as we heard this as he was explaining different wines to the next table. My wife loves the Roasted Butternut squash soup and I enjoyed my Caesar’s salad. My wife had the Atlantic Salmon while I devoured the Twin Atlantic Lobster Tails. Overall my wife’s birthday table was elegantly prepared. The cheesecake dessert was awesome as always. Everything was paired with Pinot Grigio and Argentinian Malbec. I’m glad the manager recognized us from our last visit two weeks ago. This place is awesome even to go for happy hour and enjoy the sports on TV at the bar.

Our 22nd anniversary and it was an amazing experience!! As always the food was perfectly prepared and delicious!! Our server was very busy but did a great job with our service. We look forward to our next big even celebrated at Ruth’s Chris!
