    We were underwhelmed by both the food quality and the crowded and noisy atmosphere we experienced at our visit to Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Asheville, NC last evening. I have visited other locations of this restaurant and have been very satisfied with the food and environment. Both of us found our filets tough with unchewable grissle and really not the prime cut of meat we had expected. The seating was so tight that I had to ask the hostess that seated us to push the table away so I could pull my chair out without touching the back of my chair to another diner’s chair back—just to be able to sit in my chair. The noise in our dining room made it near impossible to converse at our table as well as communicate properly with our server. We will probably avoid this restaurant —at any location—due to our negative experiences last night.

    Everything was stellar. Service, ambiance, food. It was the perfect way to close out a Christmas Celebration at Biltmore House. We each had the truffle crusted Filet mignon. Prepared perfectly, and wonderfully presented on a sizzling plate. We finished with a crème brûlée that put an exclamation point on the evening.

    Great server, everything else was pretty mid. Unfortunately seemed overbooked and after reservation was made we still had to wait 45 minutes, had a great experience last year for thanksgiving but everything was out this year! Great place just seemed unorganized

    The waiter was a bit unprofessional. Reaching over my wife and I to clean table without excusing himself. Tossing or sliding utensils across the table, not placing them at each seating area. Not checking in on our table but paying more attention to the bigger table groups. Funny part is that my wife and I are normally very big tippers and probably would have given the waiter his biggest tip of the day if he was actually professional and friendly. The Thanksgiving meal was great!!!

    It was a very good traditional Thanksgiving meal. A couple of options would be nice to add such as green bean casserole and sweet potatoes. Stuffing was okay, not exciting such as a cornbread stuffing or more flavor. There was only gravy on the turkey breast, none on stuffing or potatoes. Had to request more gravy.

    We had a marvelous Thanksgiving dinner event at Ruth Chris. The valet service was perfect. The good looking desk personnel greeted us warmly. The lobby Holiday tree was gorgeous. The upstairs (where we dined) was private and yet part of the Thanksgiving festivities. The table China and glasses were elegant. The food was DELICIOUS and presented beautifully. Many compliments to the Chefs! Our server, Christina, was superb!! She was professional and took great care of us. All in all it was a great dining experience for us, and we hope to make this a Thanksgiving tradition. We were also pleased to see so many happy diners enjoying the experience of dining at Ruth Chris on Thanksgiving.

    Very disappointing! Came for Thanksgiving meal. Salad was wilted and not crisp and fresh. The sausage dressing was not flavorful and texture was not pleasant. Pecan pie was burnt!!! My son ordered a filet mignon steak to be cooked medium but it was served well done! They took it back and after a long wait an even more charred steak was served!! The waiter removed the filet from our bill but my son had to leave hungry!! The service took way longer than need be!!! Very disappointed with our holiday meal!! Will not return!!

    It was a fantastic dining experience as usual! We we ruining 10 minutes late and I called to let them know. Trish made us fantastic cocktails. The hostess was so sweet and said no problem ( I don’t remember her name) . Trish made us fabulous cocktails. Elijah waited on us. He was as awesome as can be . Rachel was amazing. The food was all delicious.

    Found the value to be rather low. Both the salad and soup were extremely limited to the cost. For the value there are numerous better options. I hope they take these comments as constructive.

    Ruth Chris is always excellent. It is expensive for sure but for a special occasion it's hard to beat. The food is flawlessly good, their steaks are world class everytime.

    Our food and service were excellent! We came for our anniversary and enjoyed everything about it. Our table had a card from the staff, along with rose petals. Elijah was our server and was beyond excellent. Thank you for making this experience memorable and most enjoyable.

    We were at Ruth Chris celebrating our 45th anniversary, We were treated with such kindness and with great respect and went beyond taking care of us getting what we needed everyone was so nice to us and we will be back next year for our 46th thanks Ruth Chris for a beautiful experience!     Having dinner on our honeymoon and everyone took exceptional care and provided the very best service. The food was phenomenal and is why we visit this location when In Asheville. Erik was our server and delivered some of the best service we have experienced anywhere.

    Our server Dan was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food was delicious. The chopped salad, New York Strip Steak and Fire Roasted Corn made the biggest impression.

    Fredrick our server was very nice and friendly. It was my guests birthday and he brought him a free crème brûlée. We also weren’t crazy about one of the dishes and he took it off. The seating was nice and the food came out in a timely manner. Bread was excellent.

    Very disappointed, steak mushy and no flavor, mushrooms not at all like the last time we ordered them, baked potato was cold and black… must have been running low. Took45 minutes or more to get our bottle of wine… offered us a free app to make up… stuffed mushrooms cold and no real flavor. We had a fantastic meal here on 9/22/23 … extremely disappointed last night… something was off. Heidi

    Another wonderful experience- Elijah is amazing and ensured we were taken care of before we had a need. Food was excellent and my favorite is the traditional cheesecake, it’s amazing!!

    The waiter wasn’t that good he must have been overwhelmed or just not a good waiter. Our drinks stayed empty alot, took 2 to refill it and never came back with them until I asked for it. 2 of our filets was cooked wrong. Gave them to the wrong people at the table as well. Sent one back because it was rare when it should have been a medium. So by default he got a 80 dollar tip just because of what I spent on the meal. The food was good but the service sucked. Especially for the price.

    Service- Dan was phenomenal! Valet guys were super friendly and courteous. Food- delicious as always! Had the aviation cocktail (subbed Tito’s for gin)- sooo good! Only complaint- brrrrrrr! Even with the 500 degree food the dining room was freezing.
