The steak was amazing and the prices aren’t terrible. The kitchen was behind so we did have to wait a bit for our entrees but our server Judy was very sweet and made the experience better. Overall the dinner was good and my partner and I will come back again.

The lobster Biss was not quite warm enough. Chop salad was great. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and it was very tender. Cheesecake dessert was well done meaning it was cute and tasty.

Service was absent. We were ignored, food took forever and arrived cold. Was never visited by our server after order was taken ans sat for over 40 min with no acknowledgment. Josh a manager came and took care of us. Sad as it was my husband's birthday.

We had an excellent time at Ruth Chris, we spent Thanksgiving there, group of 5 adults ranging from 27 to 66yrs. Service was outstanding as well as the food. If you are visiting Cherokee and want excellent wait staff, top notch food and drinks, this establishment will not disappoint.

The wait staff and managers were extremely professional, warm and attentive to our every need. The Thanksgiving special menu was great and the preparation of each dish was perfection! My wife said that the entire dinner experience made her feel like she was a princess. It was that good.

Had chips in our glassware and the we all froze and ate with jackets on so of course our food was cold. Thought it was expensive for chipped glassware and freezing.

I wouldn’t recommend for holiday. Half hour wait on seating. Over 1 hour wait for food. 21/2 hours from start to finish.

Overall very good. Staff was adequate but not a typical Ruth staff. I understand it is tough to find people. When you pay $500 for dinner you have expectations.

Our second Thanskgivig Dinner at RC. After last year we knew we would be back. Staff is amazing. This yr we had Abi as our server. She was very attentive and made sure my steak was done to perfection. She was able to make adjustments as we requested to the Thanksgiving dinner making everyone's experience a delight. The food was excellent and the drinks were even better! Great bartender. Thank you RC for making our Thanksgiving dinner such a great experience.

My wife and I ate Thanksgiving dinner. It was a 3 course meal. The turkey was perfect; not dry at all. The herb sausage stuffing complemented the dish perfectly. I do not like sweet potatoes; however the sweet potato soufflé was so good that it changed my mind on sweet potatoes. Our server was phenomenal. The atmosphere was amazing and quiet. Can’t wait to eat there again. They really did an amazing job for a holiday dinner

This location was not like any other Ruth’s Chris. It almost was like an applebees for service and ambience. I realize that’s harsh to say but here is why: Our table (while we could view the fire place and Tv fireplaces) was right next to the kitchen door. waitstaff continuously walk ran by our table but they didn’t mean they paid us any attention. Our plates were left sitting on the table after each course. Our silverware wasn’t placed when we first arrived and it was never cleared and replaced. A restaurant of this caliber should clear all flatware and replaced after each course. the manager walked by NUMEROUS times and ignored our table but yet stopped by 2x at the table next to us. Both of which we were parties of 2. Of course, food was great and no complaint there. I would recommended moving table around so the few aren’t right outside the kitchen. I would also suggest more training on how to clear tables in between each course.

So thankful that you were open and serving the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Our cocktails were fantastic, the food amazing, the staff was helpful and courteous. We enjoyed all of it!

Great Service! Our server Michael was excellent, friendly, very attentive to details and made us feel valued. We had the Thanksgiving Day meal it was excellent as well! Great dinning experience! Will definitely be back!

The food was mostly ok. Lobster mac and cheese. The lobster is just dumped on middle not mixed in and they must put in oven that way because the lobster is dried out and ruined. Ribeye steak was nothing special but overall a decent meal.

We chose the petite filets with shrimp and lobster tail- both were very good. The meal came timely, hot, cooked to our liking, and with the buttered mash potatoes was excellent. The crab cake appetizer was great as well ! Our waiter, Jeff, was very knowledgeable of the menu, food, and overall very polite. This was our first visit and he assisted in our choices. The chocolate desert was incredible!

Food was great. My wife’s steak was well done and not med well. The waitress started out ok and lost it at the end. My wife was angry for the fact that the waitress literally sat the boxes down in a not so nicely way for me to plate my own food. I do not mind playing my own food but hand my boxes to me and not throw them in the table. We had another horrible experience the day before at another Ruth’s Chris restaurant the day before. It was the waiter also.

Service was poor. Waitress never came to check on us if we needed anything - we never saw her. stuffed chicken had nothing stuffed in it. Petite filet was tough and overcooked. Terrible.

Had the reservation for a few weeks and had finally decided to try the tomahawk ribeye. When we arrived we were informed they had NO bone in steaks. So we couldn't even get the cowboy ribeye. Got the regular ribeye and instead of medium it came out raw. We sat with empty glasses most of the night as no refills ever came.

This was the second time in three years that I had fillet only to have big vine of gristle in half the steak. Cook should select his meat better before serving a 70 dollar dinner.

From start to finish, it was awful. Went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. Waiter wished me a happy birthday instead of my husband while he was in the restroom..I explained ot wasn't mine..it was his..never did he wish my husband a happy birthday. Dinner came out..ravioli were cold, barely any soup.cold bread. Then 30 minutes later my grey tiny steak came out..even though I ordered it meduim.. waited til we saw someone n called them over to explain the problem. My husband's meal came came out n I told him to eat..mine didn't come back out til he was done.20 minutes later.. smaller piece of meat n it was tough n didn't taste right. Sent it back again. Got my dinner comped because you know I didn't have 1.. n he didn't even get a piece of cake for his dessert. I have tried with this place over n over. I'm done. I left annoyed,hungry and disappointed. Never again.
