Great follow up visit to this beautiful location. The manager on duty remembered us from our last visit and came to the table to greet us and thank us for dining again. Very nice touch!

Awful!! They where not ready for the amount of people that showed up for their Thanksgiving dinner package. We arrived 1 hour 6:30pm before our reservation 7:30pm (shame on us) and decided to wait at the bar. They sat us until 8:30pm, they told us they didn’t have two of the three starters they offered (no salad or soup) they also told us they didn’t have two or three of their side dishes any longer. We ordered our food (or what was left). The salad never arrived, the turkey was salty, the rest was ok. If you have so many reservations before hand for a special dinner occasion you should plan accordingly to fulfill those reservations. Thanks for a very bad thanksgiving dinner experience.

Had Thanksgiving dinner with Turkey and Dressing at the La Cantera location. Took a while to receive our dinner(s). I ordered as a side the Creamed Spinach -- which was tasty. My wife ordered the Garlic Mashed Potatoes as a side. The restaurant ran out of the Garlic Mashed Potatoes...and that is why it took a while to receive our dinners. My wife still did not receive the Garlic Mashed Potatoes when they brought out our dinners. The server did "comp" part of my wife's meal since she didn't receive everything she was supposed to for the "per person" charge for the turkey dinner. I understand not knowing if you will run out of a particular dish -- but you should be able to plan better that we'll probably run out of this particular dish and warn diners that we're running low on that particular dish -- would you like something else (in my wife's case -- she didn't want anything else as we would be sharing the Creamed Spinach that I ordered and the Garlic Mashed Potatoes that she ordered). The other choices did not appeal to her.

What could have been a great meal was adversely affected when we were told around 7pm that the restaurant had run out of mashed potatoes. I would expect that a restaurant of this caliber would have planned better.

The Thanksgiving turkey meal was a great value and preparation, flavor was excellent. When our dish arrived, however, it was cold. Our server promptly removed our plates and brought new hot plates out. Service was a bit slow due to the Thanksgiving service, so it was expected. Our reservation was at 5:45 and when our order went in, they had already ran out of soup and mashed potatoes. Next time eat earlier or plan better. Overall, a good dining experience.

I loved that we were in the smaller dining area that only had 6 tables. It was much quieter & it was like we had our own private server who was excellent.

Visited for Thanksgiving and the wait was over 30 mins despite having a reservation. Food service was also slow but it was a busy holiday. Some food was not hot.

It was Thanksgiving Day and we had to wait a bit past our reservation time but we had no problem with that. They came around with free glasses of champagne and apologized for the wait. Our server, Wil, was great. All service members were very courteous and friendly. The food was good. I sent my plate back because the food was not even warm. Wil was very apologetic and took it back right away. It was brought back quickly and was fine. Our other issue was it was cold where we were seated. I wish we could have sat further away from the door. I kept my jacket wrapped around me the whole time and both of us were still cold. Again, great service and good food. We will go back.

The steaks/plates were not sizzling as they have in my experience. My medium filet came medium rare. The creamed spinach had an odd barnyard taste (think manure/hay). Server was nice but disappeared for long periods of time, and made us feel rushed to leave after the bill was paid. Overall, I was embarrassed having spoken so highly from my past experiences and recommended the place. Something positive: the mashed potatoes and warm starting bread with butter were yum.

We had to wait almost an hour to get our meal, but the manager checked on us often and honestly, the conversation at our table was lively enough that none of us minded. It doesn't happen often, but it was quite busy last night. Still, we'd go back again for sure.

We came here for my Girlfriend birthday, and let me just say, this restaurant was beautiful and very clean. Our server RJ was amazing, 10/10, he had an answered for all my questions and even made great recommendations, which were amazing. He was super attentive and made sure we were taking care of. I will definitely be back! Big props to RJ for making a great first impression!

Excellent food and friendly service made for a wonderful celebration. Plenty of free parking nearby and valet service if you want it. Enjoyed the blackened scallops appetizer, a new item on menu.

We reserved a table for 7:30, yet when we arrived, there was no table. If a reservation is made in advance, management SHOULD have that table reserved and ready. Yet they made us wait 30 minutes to be seated. They offered dessert for free, but that does not fix the unprofessionalism of not having the table reserved ready. Poor management. Hostesses had no clue.

It's been awhile since my wife and I visited this location. While the meat and Seafood selections were prepared perfectly, I think it's safe to say the size of the side's have grown over the years to be quite smaller. That's unfortunate. When a patron is told that the side is very generous and that turns out NOT to be the case, your customer is left with somewhat of a negative experience.

I had never been to this location and I like it much better than another location i previously visited. The interior is swanky and elegant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the sweet potato casserole and asparagus were scrumptious!

The location is great. The food is exceptional. And the service is top tier! My only problem was that the waitress is at the table when paying. Personally it feels awkward to discuss payment and tip with my husband when the waitress is standing there.

The restaurant was very pretty. The service was excellent and so was the food. I did the prix fixe special menu where I had an appetizer,entree, side and dessert for a specific price. All of my courses were delicious. When it was time for dessert, the offerings were mini items, cheesecake, creme brulee and bread pudding. When I said that I loved both bread pudding and creme brulee, My server brought me both. When I was almost ready to leave the manager came to thank me for coming, invited me to come back soon and walked me to the door. It was an altogether delightful experience.

I was a bit unimpressed with the experience for a couple of reasons. First, I had noted that it was a date night. When we arrived, they promptly sat us next to a table with a family including two babies who were doing what babies do, making noise. Not their fault but on a date night, that isn't what I wanted. They moved our table to a cozy booth which was great. The manager came over and presented the menus, only to take mine away and never come back with one. He was more interested in high-fiving his friends at the doorway than my menu. Our server was great. The food for the cost was not a great deal. My steak had to be returned as it wasn't cooked the way I wanted, and then when I got it back, was really cooked on the outside, but the inside was still the same, too red for me. The asst. manager came over and was quite cordial, unlike the "busy" manager. All in all, it was decent but not for $275.00 for two people including the tip. I would choose Mortons next time.
