DISAPPOINTING Experience for Our Special Occasion We were really looking forward to celebrating our first wedding anniversary at Ruth’s Chris, especially since we’ve been there multiple times before. Unfortunately, this visit was a MASSIVE letdown, primarily due to the awful experience we had with the hostess and manager (Assuming since he was the guy in a suit at the door) who was the only one who acknowledged us with a NOD…. When we arrived, there were FOUR hostesses at the stand, yet not a single one greeted us and waited to even acknowledge us as they were all cackling with each other. We were met with a rude attitude from the hostess who finally acknowledged us and asked if we have a reservation and I provided the name they asked us to step aside and they would seat us shortly. After making a reservation well in advance, requesting a booth, and notating this would be our anniversary…. they attempted to seat us at a table, and I stated, “Apologies but I requested a booth.” in which she responded with attitued “Oh, well that is not guarenteed.” Now the entire center of the dining area was open outside of one table and the booths were full around the perimeter except two iHop style booths close to the restroom and kitchen and a large booth she begrudgingly offered us... I would think that requesting for an anniversary might have such a high caliber restuarant to maybe reserve one when requested? On a positive note, our servers, Serena and Joseph, were fantastic! They were attentive and friendly, which helped ease some of the disappointment. Octavio, the food runner, also stood out with his exceptional attitude and service. The food, as always, was delicious, which is why we’ve returned in the past. However, the experience was marred when one of the bussers who boxed our food accidentally DROPPED OUR TO-GO LID ON THE GROUND, YET STILL PLACED IT ON TOP of the remaining half of our $130 Porterhouse for two right in front of us. WHO IS TRAINING THESE PEOPLE????

The food is their best asset. Obviously steaks are the way to go but the seabass is extraordinarily good. As for sides, you can't beat the sweet patato casarole.

Erick our server was attentive and met all of our needs with a smile on his face. Management and staff were all very pleasant and made us feel welcomed. Will be returning in the future to this location. Thank you all!

Ruth Chris is the best! I always know when I go I will have a fabulous meal.Trust me I have never been disappointed. It is my most favorite place.

Our server Kevin truly made our wedding anniversary special. He went above and beyond including a special dessert and champagne. He truly knows how to make the customer feel special .

We’ve been regulars at Ruth’s Chris, visiting about once a month, and have always enjoyed the service and food. However, last night, which happened to be my birthday, was not up to par. We sat outside and waited for nearly 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. It was clear they were short-staffed, as the service throughout the night was lacking. Once we placed our order, the waitress disappeared and didn’t check in with us at all. We had to rely on the busboys for assistance, and they were much more attentive than our actual server. It’s frustrating when a place you love doesn’t live up to its usual standards. If they’re short on staff, they really shouldn’t take as many reservations or need to hire more help. Last night’s experience fell far short of what we’ve come to expect from Ruth’s Chris, and it honestly dampened what should have been a special occasion.

Ruth's Chris high-quality food and service is always on point. Drink beverages need an upgrade but the wine selections, amazing. If you're celebrating a specific event; birthday, anniversary, promotion, etc. the staff truly makes it super special.
