    Our server Kendra was excellent. Food was almost perfect, one filet was a little rare but it was still wonderful (we don’t mind a little red). We did have a few drinks at the bar prior to our meal and they were great. We had two different bartenders while we waited for our reservation and they were spot on. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and excellent service! Highly recommend the whiskey basil smash, the old fashioned, the lemon drop martini. You cannot go wrong with the filets here, the mashed potatoes, and the creme brûlée is second to none. (I know, consider myself an expert ;-)

    Our server was wonderful! She had the perfect recommendation for having my steak well done to my liking without overcooking. -- Order it med well and use the plate to cook each strip a tiny bit more as I ate. PERFECT

    Our server Kendra was super nice and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious!! It is on the pricier side but very well worth it!

    Food always great, but we arrived at 6:30 for a 6:45 reservation and planned on a cocktail at the bar. Checked in several times for our table and were not offered one until 7:25. Even then, they assembled a small table in the bar area between booths and bar chairs that would offer nothing. We opted to stay and eat at the bar. This was a business meeting! The food was great and bar service very good, but having out of town guests in for dinner did not go as planned…

    My husband and I always celebrate my birthday at Ruth’s Chris. The food was great, the service not so much. Our sever was Carley and it took her about 15 minutes to even acknowledge us when we were seated. When the reservation was made , we stated we were celebrating my birthday. Carley did zero to make it special, in the past we were given a complimentary small dessert for a birthday celebration. Nothing was done, she did not go above and beyond to make the evening feel special.

    Table upstairs was not as neat of an atmosphere. Prefer 1st level. Food was excellent.

    Wife and I went here for our anniversary and our server was the best and the food was excellent, this was the first time going to the North location but we will definitely be going back there again. The rose peddles on the table along with the dessert with Happy Anniversary on it made it over the top, I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH.

    We sat in the bar and Tina was our server. She was fantastic. I would definitely recommend her!

    Was taken here to celebrate my birthday this year . Steak was cooked incorrectly, was sent back to the kitchen three times and still wasn’t right . Had the supervisor lying to me about what my steak was cooked to . Preface : I’ve worked in the industry 10 years … and Ik what to expect . Especially from a restaurant you’re dropping a couple hundred dollars at. They tried to make it right by taking it off the bill , but it still ruined my experience and I didn’t get to eat at my own birthday dinner . Overall disappointing.

    I had the raspberry, Mary Cosmo, and it was so good. We also ordered the shrimp cocktail, which came with a mustard sauce along with the cocktail sauce. It was delicious.

    It was me and my girlfriend’s 8th anniversary so we decided to try Ruth’s Chris for the first time and it did not disappoint. Food was incredible and Kim, who helped us for the evening, was amazing. She was very kind and we loved how she explained the menu to us since it was our first time. 10/10 experience for us

    My husband and I used a gift card that our kids gave us to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We used to go to the 96th location many times years ago. This was our first experience at this new location and it was beautiful. We chose to go early in the day and besides one other couple, we were the only ones there. We had a very nice young lady that took care of us and the food was freshly made, perfectly cooked and at the end they treated us with champagne and a small plate with a chocolate cake and berries for two on a “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate. It was a memorable lunch and we enjoyed it very much.

    It was our 50th anniversary. They brought rose petals to the table, the waitress was excellent, and they brought us a lovely dessert after our meal. I was not pleased with where we were seated, off to the side on a pathway between the kitchen and restrooms.

    Our server was excellent! We wanted for nothing as he was very attentive to everything and eve kind! The food was excellent! Especially the lobster voodoo! So yummy!

    Great Thanksgiving dinner! Steak for me and traditional Tha shining for the hubby. Love the tables being a little more spread out at this location. Noise was a little louder than I like, but it was manageable.

    I enjoyed the mesclun tossed salad with a turkey entree accompanied with cranberry sauce and garlic mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, glazed carrots, and warm bread w/ butter. My pumpkin cheesecake was outstanding. My husband had a New York Strip steak with French fries. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was Therron (sp?), who was excellent. We had an exceptionally nice Thanksgiving Day meal at your establishment. TY! Caryn Wiggins

    Husband did not care for the Turkey dinner. He will stick with steak for now on. I thought it was good. Mixed drinks was good. Dessert was delicious.

    The Thanksgiving meal wasn’t good . This will always be one of my favorite restaurants. I’ll just know in the future to order from their regular menu.
