    Service and food were perfect! The NY Strip steak I ordered was done to perfection as was the pork chop my husband got. Good service......not too overbearing and not inattentive. Always at the top of my list of restaurants.

    I have had better ribeye steak. Not juicy for a ribeye cut cooked medium rare.. The sides dishes were excellent mushrooms and cream spinach. The server had too many tables to take are of. Did his best but At those prices he did not cut it. Forgot baked potato, forgot bernaisse sauce.

    I thought the food was fantastic and well worth the pre set price. The flavor in the turkey was delicious as was my salad and spinach. We added a few appetizers and they were also wonderful. The service was very good and timely. Brendan took very good care of us on a night that could have been quite chaotic. Our wine service was very nice and the each serving was chilled well. This will be the start of a new tradition for us. It was well worth the price. Thank you all for providing such a nice evening for us.

    My visit to Ruth's Chris was marked by several disappointments. Despite the premium price tag, we encountered various issues. The wait for drinks extended to 15 minutes, and there was a surprising absence of bread despite ordering a full meal. The staff, though polite, seemed stretched thin, contributing to an overall sense of understaffing. The climax of dissatisfaction came when our food arrived after a 50-minute wait, only to find it disappointingly cold. This was perplexing, considering the prior assurance that plates were hot. The inconsistency in temperature left my son Caleb and me puzzled and unsatisfied. Given the significant amount paid for the experience, the expectation was a far cry from the reality we encountered. It's disheartening when a dining experience falls short on multiple levels despite the financial investment made, leaving us with a regrettable visit to Ruth's Chris.

    A $5 coffee was full of grounds. Don’t remove cost from check, just said “that happens sometimes” but offered another cup. The cost of soft drinks is too high.

    Spent a very disappointing Thanksgiving at Ruth's Chris. I used to consider this steakhouse fine dining but that has changed. I'm going to give the mediocre turkey meal a pass as this is not their specialty. what I won't give a pass is the service. Water and wine glasses not being refilled, main course being brought while appetizers are still being eaten, and dessert served while dirty bread plates remain on the table. Servers need training in fine dining service.

    We ate in the dining room on thanksgiving day at 11:30 am. In the beginning the room was only partially filled but by the time we left it was completely filled but it was still on the quiet side. Service was great and the food was delicious- 3 of us got the thanksgiving special and the 4th ordered off the menu.

    Had Sirloin steak and mushrooms. Steak cooked to perfection; meat so tender, soft and juicy throughout. Even writing this, I’m getting hungry for another. Mushroom side dish was also supreme.

    We came here for our 22nd wedding anniversary and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived until we got into our car, we were treated wonderfully. The food was outstanding but what truly stood out was the service. Our waiter, Winston, was totally phenomenal!!! We have never been treated so wonderfully. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend coming here for any special occasion. And if you are lucky enough to have Winston wait on you, it will surely be a wonderful treat.

    I had to ask that cocktails be removed from my check because they were never brought to the guests as requested. Instead of an apology or an offer to bring them regardless, the response was, “Oh I didn’t know you still wanted them”. Luckily the birthday girl brushed it off, but that aside, everything else was okay.

    I have eaten at many Ruth’s Chris restaurants before in various locations over the years. This was a huge disappointment. From the stale bread, to extremely small apps, to the 11 Oz filets and sides, everything was sub par for this steak house. Very frustrating and discouraging.

    Food came out extremely late, one of the sides never came out, french knife was dull making cutting into the porterhouse difficult. Overall I was very disappointed in the service quality and am very much considering not patronizing the franchise.

    We very much enjoyed our date night here. “Sweet T” and “Joe” took incredible care of us, even recommending an appetizer (Oyster Rockefeller) that was well worth it. We will definitely return and will be looking for the Sweetest T!

    I recently dined at Ruth's Chris, and while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience left much to be desired. To begin with, my reservation was for 8:45 PM, but I immediately felt rushed upon arrival. A leisurely dinner experience is something I value, and the sense of being hurried detracted from our enjoyment. I ordered the 16oz NY Strip, Caesar salad, and garlic mashed potatoes. I requested light cheese on my salad, but unfortunately, it arrived with extra cheese, which I had to remove myself. While the steak was cooked to my preferred temperature and had a good basic seasoning, it didn't truly stand out. It was a decent dish, but not exceptional. On the other hand, the red snapper ordered by my wife was underwhelming, overcooked, and did not justify its price point. Additionally, it was not mentioned on the menu that the snapper came with rice, which caused confusion as we had also ordered crab fried rice separately. The service had its ups and downs. Our server approached us twice to announce the last call for food and drinks, despite our assurances that we were content with our meal. To add to this, during our dinner, a staff member abruptly tried to clean and box my food without asking, which was disrespectful and invasive. It gave the impression that we were being hurried along, which is not expected at a restaurant of this caliber. To cap it off, the waiter dropped off the check while the staff member was boxing my food, signaling that it was time for us to leave, which was disappointing. We did ask for dessert, and our experience ended on a sweeter note. However, the overall experience was marked by a sense of haste and some inconsistency in both the food and service. In conclusion, Ruth's Chris has the potential to offer a more exceptional dining experience, but certain aspects need improvement. For a restaurant of this reputation, a more relaxed and respectful approach to service, as well as more consistently outstanding dishes.

    We had a nice meal. I was dissatisfied with the 18% auto gratuity that was added and then they also have a tip line with the credit card receipt so I’d you aren’t really examining your bill, you could end up tipping 38%. I believe the server should say something about the added gratuity. I was actually going to tip more because she helped us with s birthday cake but was irritated at the situation.
