Seasons 52 - Schaumburg
I had the combo flatbread and lobster soup. Both were excellent. The server was very courteous, attentive and a good sense of humor. made our meal better.
During our 8 hour drive, was happy to find Seasons 52 right off the highway. Perfect place to take a break from the drive and have a nice meal with the family. Always a solid choice.
Our server was abrupt and unfriendly. She did not provide drink refills in a timely manner and seemed to want to rush us off the table. Will not go back unfortunately.
The restaurant was very busy. They sat us in the back room that had 3 rows of tables for 2. It was unappealing. There was no ambiance there. We were seated at the end of the row, right next to all the light and temperature controls on the wall at eye level. The food was good. Our appetizers, salad and desserts were very good. I had the trout, it was bland.
Fantastic food and wonderful service.
Great for celebrating a special occasion, especially if you note this when making your reservation. We received a Happy Anniversary card and a free toast (just a couple of sips but still very nice). Food was tasty overall but my husband's grill trout could have used a little more seasoning since the dill mustard sauce was overpowering. We had excellent service.
Early Father’s Day Celebration
Great food! Great wine!
Love this place... although at times the service is not great.
The food was excellent. We were originally taken to a back area that seemed to be mostly families and large groups. With just the two of us, we asked if we could be seated in the main dining room. We were then taken to the bar area. It was OK, but not as inviting as the main dining room which was not full.
Our waiter got the job done, but he was not professional in appearance or manner. If we go back, we would insist on the main dining room for a more pleasant evening
Great place to celebrate anniversary! We loved both the food and the service.
We had an amazing dinner, delicious dessert and perfect wine with dinner.
Happy Hour specials were fantastic! Restaurant was lively and fun. Service excellent!
Three diners. One dinner had to be sent back as food was cold. The problem was rectified quickly, though. The broccoli that came out with both scallop dinners was less than attractive.
We've been to Seasons 52 in Schaumburg many times, so because my daughter was celebrating her 25th birthday, we agreed to come back to Seasons 52. I let the restaurant know that it was my daughter's birthday and they did an awesome job making her feel special. We arrived a little early, so we had time for a glass of sangria in the bar before dinner (they make awesome sangria). Then we were seated and almost immediately began an evening of outstanding service by Gani. He was fantastic: friendly, professional, insightful about the menu, and went out of his way to make the evening special for my daughter. If you go to Seasons 52 in Schaumburg, you should request a table with Gani as he is superb. We finished the evening with the famous Seasons 52 desserts, which are always a treat. We really love coming to Seasons 52 - whether it's to hang out in the bar for apps and drinks or coming for dinner. We're always pleased with the friendly service and the great food and drinks. Thanks Seasons 52 for a great birthday dinner!
I had an issue with the chef table reservation that was completely my fault. However the staff handled it beautifully and were very good to work with. Our server was chatty but did take care of us well. Food was good. We enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer and the tuna tartar was flavorful and fresh.
Thank you for making our birthday celebration so special!
Too expensive for the quality/quantity of food. Though the presentation was there.
No music. Way too expensive! No baked potatoes available with steak!?
Hi, I would like to suggest that the size of the shrimp be bigger.
I always enjoy eating at Seasons 52- great food and service. Love the mini desserts
Our only slight complaint is waiter could have been friendlier.
Will definitely return!
We had a very nice time the food was great but they don’t give you a lot to eat. The main entrée was a good size but the sides were very small. The service was OK but our waiter had too many tables and it took a long time for service
Ordered salmon and first time was raw in the middle and second was dry on outside and still raw in center. Poor form for the price and a restaurant who should be able to cook fish.
Food was bland, not very flavorful this time. Server was not very attentive. After bringing our meal, he disappeared until we asked for bill. No water refills or anything. I’ve been here before and loved it. Hopefully this experience was a fluke.
Cocktails are pricey but yummy
We came to try the Wild Salmon. I make it at home a lot and learned in Alaska how to properly cook wild Salmon. I have to say it failed here. It lacked flavor and was over cooked. We told our waiter and we did refuse another set of fish be made as we were almost done. The price was a tad high for the size of Salmon given. However, we really like this restaurant and this was the first time we have been disappointed. We will be back for sure.
We chose to celebrate her to enjoy the copper river salmon. It was not good. Most of the food was poorly prepared. Not seasoned properly, some over cooked and some undercooked. Overall VERY disappointing.
Great location with wonderful food to meet up with friends over lunch.
Season's 52 is one of our favorite places to go....with seasonal choices and a wide variety of options, it is a great choice! The flatbreads are great and we love how each of the items is filled with flavor...and thought is given to a healthier way to serve it. Wine selection is always great. We have never been disappointed with our service, and the noise level is moderate, allowing for you to actually hear your dinner partners speak. The tiny desserts are just the right amount to finish your meal. We were celebrating a birthday...they not only acknowledged it verbally, but gave us a card, a rose, a complimentary glass of champagne for a toast, and a complimentary mini dessert. A very nice touch which means that we will be back to celebrate the next occasion at Season's 52!
Great Lunch! Tommy our server was the best.
The menu gave many choices that sounded delicious. Mike our waiter also said the kitchen could make substitutions if we wished. We did ask for one of dishes to be made with a different sauce and when the dish arrived the sauce was missing. He immediately went to get the sauce but it probably would have been better if the sauce had been warmed up on top of the dish before it arrived. My husbands meal was supposed to be served with a side of mushrooms and we had a hard time finding the mushrooms. Both dishes were very tasty despite these small issues. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. We were there for a special occasion and they did everything to make it a special evening.
Extensive vegan and vegetarian options! Make sure to ask for separate vegan/vegetarian menu!
The four of us dined there to celebrate our anniversary. We received a nice card from Season’s 52 staff for which we are very appreciative. Grayson, our server, was gracious and knowledgeable about the menu. Two of us had the CopperRiver Salmon which was excellent. The other two m and had the sea scallops, also excellent.
We also enjoyed the various desserts. We had a great time and will return.
We came with a party of 7 adults to celebrate a birthday. The waiter was incredibly friendly and checked on us often. Food tasted great, but was expecting better for the price ($30 average for main entree). I had the Chilean Sea Bass that was marked on their menu as one of their favorites. It was delicious but I did not think it was as good as other similarly priced restaurants nearby that also serve Sea Bass.
Ahi Tuna Tartare and the Mocha Dessert Cup was very good.
It was a great experience. The server JohnD was excellent. Corporate did know how to make this experience right and made it up to us for the experience with had on Easter. Thank you we had a great dinner.
It was our 23rd wedding anniversary tonight. We were seated promptly and delighted to find a rose, petals, and two glasses of champagne greeting us along with a card. The staff really paid attention to the details. Our server Dan, was terrific. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered terrific suggestions. The lobster ravioli and the stuffed mushrooms were decadent. The scallops and salmon were our entrees and were equally delicious. To finish off, we had the flight of desserts. Just eat all 7 options. Totally worth it! We will be back and thanks for a terrific dinner! Bravo!
Love, love, love it! Seasons 52 has excellent food, ambience and service! Good for special occasions, business meetings or s nice lunch or dinner.
Everything was great!
