Best spaghetti squash ever

I loved the chicken salad.

A perfect spot for lunch or dinner with colleagues and friends. Consistently good food and good service. Ample outdoor dining. The ONLY draw back is the loud trucks barreling up Madison - otherwise the ambience is lovely.

Our waiter was terrific.

Great food at a great price! There is also a large variety of options and the interior is beautiful. I definitely recommend!

Food was very much average. Pizza was cold and service not so good. VERY overpriced

This is a place we rediscovered during the pandemic. We were attracted by the clever way they accommodated the shut down and pizza. We have not been disappointed although eating on the street can be noisy and effects the ambience. We do go there for the pizza and service and they are both superb

Before visiting the museum we had lunch at Serafina. We shared a delicious pizza and salad. Although the food is a bit pricey it was wonderful!
Our waitress could not have been more attentive or friendly. We sat outside and thankfully it was a beautiful day!

A lovely setting for a meal, great service and tasty food!
There is some noise from cars on the street as is to be expected.

Nice outdoor ambience. Had salad luncheon at 3pm outdoors and very distant from any other table. Very accomodating.

Requested seating upstairs, was sat in the middle of the lower level, at an obviously added table for Valentine’s, very close quarters. Food was fantastic. Service was on the slower side.

The food is always outstanding at Serafina, it's a great neighborhood gem.

Delicious food, lovely menu.
We came up the stairs in the middle of rain. I felt the staff could have been more proactive with helping with our wet coats and umbrellas.

Also, when the restaurant isn't full, it would be nice to be offered a larger table. Squishing into a small space when other options are available would have been appreciated.

The hostess was extremely rude and the noise on the upper level was ridiculous. many groups of young girls on the upper deck speaking at unreasonably loud levels and the staff did not care. Lovely dinner ambience on the first level, but we did not get to experience that. Overall not a great experience. I won’t be back to this particular location

Charged us $350 for a $60 bottle of wine. Still owe us a $300+ refund for the wine etc. . These people are incompetent and criminal. Avoid at all costs.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Serafina is my 'go-to' restaurant when I find myself on the upper east side. The pastas, pizzas and salads are all excellent! And you won't go wrong by ordering a main course as well! The service is well-timed, but they don't rush you out the door, so you have time to converse and enjoy the meal. I'm sure I'll be returning at some point soon!

The food is truly mediocre and overpriced. The restaurant is actually not anywhere close to as clean or well appointed as one would expect to given the premium. And they were out of the entree I wanted. Screaming kids on top floor.

The seating was extremely tight and there was a bit of a draft but it was nice!

We go to Serafina as a family on weekends. The food and service are always good and we know that people are more understanding in case our children misbehave a little. I’d recommend downstairs for adults and upstairs for families and teenagers.

The food is consistently good here. It’s a welcome oasis of value priced meals in an astronomically expensive neighborhood. Highly recommend—never disappointed.

Serafina doesn’t fail to deliver. If I had to comment on one thing at the 79 street location it is that their staff should smile more. The tips are great... act like it.

Very average pasta

The food was fantastic. We all loved the mushroom appetizer and crustini di Sofia. The lobster ravioli was also amazing!

Always delicious, friendly, welcoming spot. Try the tartare. It's swoon-worthy.

Upstairs seating is best----away from the noise and crush, and with high ceilings, much more conducive to conversation.
Hustling, bustling always. Food is superb, if supremely overpriced.
Always attentive good service. Convenient to the MET and Central Park. A fancy family place where jeans and kids are comfortable.

Overall five star experience, food, service, ambiance all great.

Had the most enjoyable lunch with friends. We even stayed for dessert and coffee. Just wonderful. We always enjoy ourselves at Serafina. The staff always are attentive. A real delight. We usually only dine for dinner but lunch was delicious!!!!!!
