   There are few things in life as amazing as an excellent brunch - and few things more disappointing than a bad one. The stakes are really high!! This was my second time here for brunch and it slammed. I was especially impressed at the variety of great options for someone avoiding gluten. Breakfast portion was fantastic - crispy bacon, Chai mango pudding, and all the usual accompaniments. Didn’t have the waffles (gluten) but everyone around us seemed to love them. Star of the lunch portion was the shrimp cocktail. I didn’t care for the beet salad at all. Carved beef was decent but could use a little more seasoning. Was thrilled to see not one but two gluten free desserts - chocolate mousse in delicate chocolate cups and creme brûlée. Both were perfect. Would recommend latte or espresso over the regular coffee - it was very strong but I can be a wimp about coffee strength. Service was great and even on a cloudy day you cannot beat that view.

   Excellent place on campus, second floor of the Statler right in middle of campus. Great food, service, ambiance…..all right on the money. I always use Taverna Banfi when in middle of Camus…and use Morrison when on the north side of campus. Hightly recommend reservations to ensure you can get a table.

   Many wonderful entrees to choose from. The Zucchini Noodle Puttanesca and Shrimp Scampi were both delicious. Beautiful view out onto the Cornell campus and very conveniently located for any visitors to Ithaca.

   Quality of food is outstanding! I recommend trying at least a small bite of everything. All of the staff was so nice!

   The beet salad and dressing was yummy, the Caesar also good. Flavor was lacking in both of our main courses -- the salmon dish and the braised beef gnocchi. Our Cornell student-server, Daniel was friendly, and his visits well-timed. The wine was relatively affordable.
