Delicious and beautiful atmosphere. Lovely service. Courses took a bit long to come out, but we were enjoying ourselves.
Seated promptly, nice decor, efficient waitstaff, nice menu selection with 1/2-order option (great when you want to sample a variety of things whithout getting too full). Given complimentary cannoli for dessert as we were celebrating a birthday in our party. (Nice gesture!) We'll be back!
Service was great. My food not hot. My husband’s was steaming so I think timing was off. Ordered lobster ravioli which was not good. Way too much lemon Waited fir my meal to be warmed up. Won’t go back
We were seated in some kind of alcove
I would hav liked to see the fire
The restaurant was pretty empty so I dont know why we were seated where we were
The waitress could barely reach our plates to us
My food was great, cannoli s get the thumbs down from me
We had an enjoyable evening out! Thank you for the wonderful food and service!! Definitely will be back!
The atmosphere was very good as well as the service. The food was at best mediocre. I probably will not return. There are too many other better choices.
Was just OK.
Our first visit and look forward to returning. My pasta was very good, my husbands pizza had much too thick a crust and far too few toppings (polpette) and cheese. Wine pours a little short but sangria very nice.
I've always had a good meal at Tuscan Kitchen. I wasn't impressed with the Dine Out menu options this year though.
I was disappointed with my first experience at Tuscan Kitchen. There were little bugs flying around our table the entire time, which was gross! One even floated in my aunts wine. I ordered a salad with chicken and it was like a side salad with chicken for $19....NOT worth that price!!!
The waiter was very nice and even brought my aunt a birthday cannoli with a candle just because he heard us talking that it was her bday. I’m not rushing back that’s for sure.
Nice atmosphere, solid service, but hit-or-miss food at lofty prices
Food was not very good. So so
Excellent service. Food was good but ceaser salad was served with wilted reddened lettuce, scallops appetizer was a tease with its size. Also has fruit flies flying around the table most of the night which made me loose my appetite.
Booth not as pleasant as table. Decreases ambience
The salmon was pretty plain and a little overcooked. Wine and chocolate dessert were really good. Would have liked to see a few more chicken options. I thought the place is a little pricey for what you get. The atmosphere is excellent and love the beautiful foyer walking in.
Service was very slow. We were there for 3 hours! It wasn’t awful since we haven’t seen each other in awhile so it did give us time to catch up. However, waiting for table clean up, dessert menus and the check was higher than it should’ve been. Also $13.50 for one bourbon drink seemed excessive. The dinners were good and everyone enjoyed their food. The desserts were decent too but they came out sporadically not with after dinner drinks and coffees. It was a busy Saturday night and we did get seated at our reservation time but 3 hours is excessive. I’ll consider before coming back on a weekend night.
I took my whole family there perfect setting for the 7 of us!! Gave us a booth and we all were comfortable
Pleasant surroundings and a great place to meet a group of friends.
The location is fine, the overall atmosphere just fine, the service great, but the food was just OK. Not bad, but not great and the prices are not cheap. It's an OK place to go to, predictable but it did not wow me. There are now so many choices for restaurants in the Burlington Mall area and I believe there are better choices. I had been to Tuscan Kitchen a while back and really liked it, so chose it this time to meet up with a friend. I was not as impressed.
Great food, very delicious but for portion size pricy for amount of food you got. The dessert we got could have been better, there was no crust on the cheesecake which was disappointing and do to having a candle the white chocolate shavings blew off when I blew out the candle. Which was funny but caused a mess.
A little disappointed we usually enjoy Tuscan Kitchen. Service slow , appetizers were warm on the outside but cold on the inside. Our dinners were delicious but I was half way through my dinner before offered grated cheese usually that’s done when dinner is served. Dessert was very disappointing. I ordered the warm chocolate cake and waited forever for it only to have it served cold. My husband ordered a Spanish coffee and we were charged 20.00 for it!!! We have always had a great experience and the wait staff has always been excellent so I don’t understand what happened last night
I have been to Tuscan Kitchen quite a few times and I was extremely disappointed this time around. So disappointed that I will not be rushing back anytime soon. We ordered two arancini appetizers and they came out completely frozen on the inside. We told our waitress (who was amazing and apologized) and she had the kitchen bring out another order about 25 minutes later. However, the manager never came over to apologize whatsoever. Then, we got our meals and the scallops were overcooked and tasted like rubber. When you have a special on the menu it should be phenomenally. This was poorly cooked and executed. Our waitress was great, but every other aspect of dining at Tuscan Kitchen was lackluster. You have some work to do that’s for sure!
Good food, nice ambiance. Waitress was nice, not overbearing.
The rib eye with its sides was outstanding and substantial for 2! The vegetable starter was also generous, hot and well seasoned! Excellent all around!
Birthday everything was great good service
Chicken parm was soggy & we felt like we were on a double date with the table next to us.
Food and service was great. Tables were way too close to each other. Zero privacy in your conversation.
We had a 9:30 PM reservation for a combination Valentines Day for my wife and a birthday for my mother. We were seated quickly, that was the best we were taken care of all night. I understand it was Valentine’s Day, and I’m sure it was busy, however we were one of the last tables seated. At 9:30, things start to slow down. We waited :30 for my mother to get a glass of Prosecco, the ONLY drink ordered. We needed to remind our waitress that we hadn’t gotten bread. 45 min into sitting, we got bread. We got the wrong appetizers. We ordered another drink that was totally forgot, so we just gave up. Food was fine, no complaints. Due to the neglect of the wait staff, we did get to enjoy a 2+ hour dinner with family. That was the best part. We still tipped graciously and understand mistakes happen, but this was very disappointing as we chose Tuscan Kitchen Burlington over The Bancroft. Hostess staff was another plus of the night. They did a fine job.
We had to wait a long time to get our food and it finally arrived it was cold and had to send it back. We were very disappointed.
The food was awesome. Apps were great, wine was fantastic, and well priced. Our waitress Judy was super nice also!
It was wonderful!!
Great Food and service, especially on a busy Valentine's Day Holiday. Can't wait to go back.
While the food is good, we may have picked a bad day to go. Our server was not very attentive and seemed like he was rushing too much. It was our first visit so it was disappointing. We thought he would give us more direction for our first visit. We had tables around us come and go before we got our dinner. The bus person was more attentive than the waiter. I would have tipped him instead of the waiter.
Went for Valentines Day dinner. Music choice was bizarre — mix of pop music that did not fit with Italian restaurant atmosphere, especially on Valentine’s Day! Loved sitting by the fire and service was great. Food was good, meal came out not as hot as I would have wanted. Portion sizes were spot on and not too much!
Great food, awesome Valentine’s Day dinner! Would recommend and will be back!
First time having dinner here! Loved everything about it, including our secluded table! Will definitely be back again
Hostess very curt. Sat down and waited and waited for a server. Service slow. Food was OK, not great. Nice atmosphere.
Mostly everything was good. Food , service only draw back is price 144$ for a few raviolis is def not worth that much. Might be the last time I go there. I’ll start making them at home :)
Nice quiet birthday dinner. Service was a little slow but very nice.
We had to wait at least 15 minutes for our table, with a reservation. The food was just ok. Good salads, main course just adequate. Our waitperson was very friendly and efficient. It was a nice change of scenery for us, but probably will not return.
