I have always been pleased with the service and the food at Weber grill.
Each time I am at one of your restaurants it is VERY cold; almost breezy to the point it is uncomfortable and interferes with enjoying your meal.
Fantastic place, great food! Can’t wait to come back!

The starter sampler is the best option if you want to try a little of everything. OMG the spicy bbq ribs were amazing. Even the regular ribs are fall off the bone delicious.
Wonderful waitress. The only thing we didn't like was the side of cornbread. The waitress was apologetic and took it off our tab. Also skip the Dos Mexicanos starter. The cheese lacked flavor and the guacamole did too.
I’ve been going to Weber Grill for years and this time the food was very disappointing. They should return to the old corn bread recipe. The corn bread was salty, dry and tasteless. My meal was luke warm. The meatloaf was covered in bbq sauce and no grilled. We waited a long time for everything. Entire experience was disappointing.
Nice outdoor patio, attentive but not overbearing waitress and delicious food. Webber Grill is always a nice treat
Our server was awful, I asked for a special request and he told me NO RIGHT away before asking. He also never came around to fill our drinks and asked if we needed anything.
We love going to the Weber Grill restaurant and today was no exception. The 12 hour brisket is a treat. Too much food but we shared. Try this place, and the grill academy classes are great for learning.
Menu was changed all of the food masted the same.

I hadn't been there for a little bit but they shrunk the menu removing many good meat items. Still good steaks but less BBQ. And everything went a la carte...so they effectively raised prices for the slimmer menu. Really, a steak place without a baked potato...that makes no sense. Feels like a big mistake, but maybe I'm wrong; having said that there weren't many people there. Maybe because a bit later Sunday, but we were like the last people in there at 8.30.
This location wasn't that busy when we arrived for our business lunch. Our waiter Max was very attentive and helpful providing food suggestions that fit our needs. Max's service was exceptional! The food was taste although some dishes were too salty (e.g. guacamole, asparagus). Wonderful experience!
There are multiple reasons as to why Weber’s grill is receiving this rating. We had a reservation and we arrived 10 minutes before our time. A party of nine people walked in and resquested a table. The fact that a party that was a walk in was seated before my friend and I is just unbelievable. It took almost 15 minutes to be seated after our reservation time. They also provided the lunch menus instead of the dinner menus at first. We had to point out the error and after they noticed the mistake, gave us the correct menus. You have to request to have bread brought to your table which we weren’t aware of. If you cannot have any pork based food, do not order anything fried as they cook the pork in the same oil as fries, Brussels sprouts, etc. But for the most part the food was actually terrible. No flavor what so ever. I had the H.S burger and never have I had a burger that was as tasteless as that. Absolutely not worth the $20 for a bun and two bland patties with some sauce thrown on top. I had two bites and couldn’t finish it after that.They were out of the brisket which I thought was odd considering it was only 7 o’clock. The manager was nice enough to remove one dish from our bill considering it took over two hours to actually receive our food as well as finish dining which I think is quite insane since the resturant wasn’t even busy. Our waiter, Max, was incredibly nice and very attentive. This rating does not reflect him at all. He was great!! Overall I most definitely will NOT be coming back here ever again. The manager was nice to remove one dish and our waiter was fantastic but the food as well as the overall atmosphere was just a disaster.
Our overall experience was good, however being a Vegan, our options were limited. My family and I would like to have more choices, including a few delicious vegan desserts!

The waiter was VERY attentive. Servers work hard. The food selection is limited. Don't get me wrong, my dish was good. But not to the point where I want to come back next week. I have been there twice. Food is mediocre.
Special menu for Mother's Day. Steak & eggs with potatoes were excellent. Mimosas and Bloodies great.
Service spectacular. Waiter offered to put the bouquet of flower my son brought my mother, in water for us.

The noise was a little loud for when you are having to have conversation with a table of eight. It wasn’t so much the crowded restaurant but the sound level of the music that was on.
Two waiters waiting on us because they didnt know who took care of our table. Lol
My steak was a little salty but otherwise really good!
The ambiance was very nice. Service was exceptional, food was not cooked correctly and the grilled asparagus tasted of lighter fluid. I have eaten here prior to.menu change and it was better food and better choices. For the money it is not a value as the menu and food is poor.

Service was good even though my order was messed up and the trainee waiter tried to tell me I ordered something different than what I asked for. Food was okay, nothing remarkable and not worth the price. For a decent steak and exceptional customer service, go to Shaws Steakhouse.

Service was wonderful! Salmon was perfectly cooked! And Rose from Provence on the menu, in my opinion the best. Brisket was plentiful and delicious! We will definitely return soon!
Always good food and so great to waiter suggested to sauce on side since it was spicy -- which is why I ordered. But that suggestion was super so I could control the heat level!!!!!
This was my first time visiting the Lombard location and was very pleased. The food was great, and are server was fantastic. He was very patient waiting on all the party to arrive. He also offered recommendation, and went above and beyond making sure we were happy with our selection.
Our server, Mohammed, was excellent! He was attentive and very entertaining.
We were disappointed in the food though. My steak was not done to my taste, there were no baked potatoes on the menu any longer, and steak was not on the children's menu. The final straw was the credit card application was down at the restaurant. Since my bill without tip was $80, I was disappointed I couldn't get the air miles on my card.
Once again, Mohammed was great and none of the above was his fault.
We have been coming to Weber for years now, and have always enjoyed ourselves. When we sat down and took a look at the menu, we noticed that some entrees were taken off and that the prices have gone up. Then we were informed that the steak is now à la carte, and we would have to pay extra for sides. When the food came out, our steaks were dry and not cooked to the proper temperature. We will not be going back, not only has the menu gotten smaller, the prices have been raised, and the quality of the food doesn't match the price you pay for it.
Was very disappointed that a steak house does not offer baked potatoes only mashed potatoes, service was poor. Finished my cocktail halfway through appetizer , server never asked me if I wanted another drink, ordered an iced tea when main course came , came with a lemon wedge on glass but still had pqrt of bar code sticker on lemon, not good, finished that and served never asked or thought to ask if I wanted a refill even though I put empty glass at end of table in plain sight. Will not be going back. Very disappointed ,
