White Chocolate Grill - Naperville
The food is amazing... dessert's even better. :) The service is out of this world. I think we were checked on by 7 different people in the time we were there. If we needed something, it was already on its way over to us without having to ask. WCK has an excellent system for making sure their customers are well taken care of. Keep up the excellent work... we'll be back!
Awesome server; great food; nuff said
It was very nice, just a but loud and hard to have conversations.
The food was outstanding, the white chocolate martinis are a wonderful indulgence. The service was some of the best I've experienced. We can't wait to go back again soon!
The trout was wonderful!
Everything we had was delicious. The salmon was grilled to perfection, their veggie burger was Among the best I’ve had and even the brussels sprouts were surprisingly good. Service was great and very friendly.
Meal was great. Prime rib was done correctly and salmon was well cooked. Honey glazed carrots were wonders!
We come here often. Everything is always great.
We definitely come again.
As usual, we enjoyed a nice dinner here. We like that the menu has items at a range of price points and various quantities of food. If you’re not feeling a $25 entree, you can dial down. Alcoholic drinks are outrageously expensive, as they’ve become everywhere but the neighborhood bar. If you haven’t been to WCG, it’s worth a try.
Everything was great. From the friendliness of the hostess to the dessert, everything was perfect.
We reserved a table for 7 for a business lunch; we were sat in a semi-private room with a 50th birthday lunch that included approximate 20-25 women. These women were so loud, they weren't talking they were screaming, we were unable to enjoy our lunch due to the noise level let alone discuss any business items. Food and service were excellent but unfortunately our business lunch did not go as planned.
Server Mike and his colleague were very attentive, quick and courteous
Amazing place. First time there and I loved it. the food is spectacular, the services is wonderful. Was there for a business dinner and recommended the place for all my co- works to take their clients to.
can't wait to go back.
We go to White Chocolate Grill regularly, and have for 9 years. It is my husband’s favorite restaurant and has been since college.
We highly recommend their French dip, their Cajun chicken sandwich, their Arizona egg rolls, if they have it—their corn salad side, and of course their white chocolate brownie. We have never had a server or bartender who was anything short of excellent, and we enjoy the ambiance, and of course love the delicious food.
Thank you white chocolate grill for being the location of many a date, get together with friends, family outing, and celebration!
White Chocolate Grill has fantastic food and a wide variety. No worries, whether you want a burger or something more elaborate, it's on the menu. Wines are a little pricey but the food will keep you coming back!
One of my favorite
Service was a little slow. The server forgot our appetizer but made amends. Bar had no dessert wines, port wines or sherry. ☹️
Food was fabulous and the service was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Best raspberry cheesecake ever. Don’t miss it
First meal out on Whole 30. Ordered grilled salmon and Brussels sprout salad which were both delicious. In hind site, I’m relatively sure the sprout salad dressing must have had some sugar in it but overall I was thrilled to eat out within the bounds of this elimination food plan. I even got to have a drink by ordering soda with a lemon and a lime!Server seemed happy to accommodate me.
Outstanding from the time we walked in til we left. Perfect place to celebrate my wife's birthday with our family.
We’d heard great things about White Chocolate Grill but had never tried it. We were seated right away in a great booth. Waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our meals arrived quickly and were delicious. And save room for the brownie!!
I had the salad with shrimp I had to find the shrimp they were so tiny. The lettuce was ice bath with butts of the head of lettuce. The fruit was minimum considering how costly the salad was
I have had more items and better lettuce on fast food salads. The service was very slow and the restaurant was not busy. Very disappointing.
Terrific food and spectacular service. 5 stars
Just Average .... Food, Staff, Etc
Reasonable for the area and very popular. Nice... But not special
Best crab cakes I have had in a long time. Brussel sprouts salad was exceptional. Prime rib perfectly cooked. And the ribs were falling off the bone and tasty. Wish I had room for desert. As usual in any restaurant the wine list pricing was a bit outrageous but unfortunately, that is standard fare. It would be nice for a restaurant not to want to gouge customers on wine . Definetly recommend.
great, friendly service. Staff is very accommodating and attentive. Food was good. Wish they had more choices in the menu.
This restaurant “requires” you to ask for water and bread as I was informed by the server although the table immediately in front of us with four men were served without their asking for the same items. My wife’s salmon was burnt and my “day’s special filet(which the server didn’t know the fare for this special” was served medium well and was obviously a choice rather then a prime cut. I had asked for a booth not near the entrance or kitchen because this was a special occasion and we were seated above the bar area which was filled with 100 plus decibels noise. Our server kept repeating that our bread would be out “soon” after we were seated and it arrived with the main meal. He was obviously not interested in trying to accommodate us. The topper of this unfortunate experience was when I was presented with the check, the server on his electronic device showed me how much of a tip would be appropriate. Fair warning to anyone reading this post....DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This was the poorest experience I have had in dining.
Food is usually ok and served quickly however the last few visits, they tried to rush us out. On a previous occasion, we received appetizers, the main meal and dessert all within about 20 minutes. I wondered if it was a joke as I never saw food served so quickly. They kept obsessively circling and watching for any dish we completed. They came by so many times asking if we were done but only picking up one item at a time so they could keep coming back.
Wonderful service much better than the place across the street that treated us like crap for not kissing the hosts butt *cough* cooper hawk *cough*
Food was ordered wrong, some food never made it to the table, drinks were never reordered after being asked if we wanted another, extra food we didn’t order came. I would never go back. Horrible service!
White Chocolate Grill did not disappoint on our recent trip. The staff was excellent. And the food was exceptional
Food was alright. Not great but edible. Overpriced for what it is. Noise level was really loud.
Awesome gluten free food! Nice atmosphere. Great service.
I've been going to WCH since it opened about ten years ago. This was the first time I felt RUSHED. I was celebrating my daughter's birthday with a party of seven. This was her favorite place and has gone her since it opened as well. In short, when I left, I felt guilty that we may have stayed too long. My daughter actually doesn't want to go here anymore. I have been to WHC approximately 100 times, for personal and business purposes. I have recommended it to dozens of coworkers and friends. I bring out of town guests here. But, the time that I really waned things to work out, WHC failed. While the food was excellent as always, the service, while friendly, made half of my guests feel that we had to go and make room for the next guests. The biggest disappointment was that the guest of honor, my daughter, on her birthday, was one of those that felt that way.
1) Waitress did not present the specials for either the fish entree or the vegetable side until asked.
2) BBQ ribs received were lukewarm.
3) Bread pudding was good.
We had a great meal. Our waiter, Alex, was attentive, even though there was a major group
for a birthday in the party room, as well as other tables. Good service.
I had the blackened sea bass, my date had the salmon, both were excellent - very fresh and very tasty. Will definitely go back. Make sure to make reservations because it gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but its worth the wait.
