Lovely as usual, Great food, Ali tyke Quiteria than usual due to early hour. Made for pleasant conversation

It was a perfect might out. Our waitress was on the ball and the food was on point. We can't wait to get back to Za Za's as soon as possible.

Overall it was a good experience. Ordered baked clam appetizer and they were micro clams. Food was good but not worth the expense.

The waitress was great. Very attentive and there was a great selection on the menu. The food was outstanding.

Wanted to sit in the bar area and evidently did but the hostess said they had a big party coming. I said we’d eat fast and she said that would help.

Our server Cindy was the best, In a review from 7 Sept 19, I wrote about a terrible experience at this establishment. I reluctantly agreed to go back and I was glad we did. Cindy redeemed the restaurant. I know that these reviews fall on deaf ears when and if management reads them but as a reviewer who wrote a bad review on this post I would Encourage you the customer who are reading my comments to please give them a try. If you ask for Cindy When you make your reservations, I am certain you will not be disappointed.

Birthday celebration

Attentive staff, great food, nice atmosphere. We hadn’t been there in awhile and I appreciated the updated menu items.

Service has improved quite a bit. Stopped going there for a while because it was chaotic and service was very erratic. Still a very busy place but host and servers very friendly and food always good.

EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS AND PRICED RIGHT

We had a 6:45 reservation, and with just two of us took 1.5 hours to eat. Would not have minded if we didn't have a party to get to. Waiter was really nice but took forever to fill my husband's beer. Our food took a long time as well and was not that good. My lasagna had hardly any cheese and was really bland. My husband got a meat dish that was so dry he couldn't swallow it without water. We've been driving past this place for years and finally decided to try it. We hardly get a nice date night and was disappointed we wasted one there. Needless to say we won't be returning.

A little tight and very noisy. Food was just ok, a little over priced. Fried calamari was a little soggy. Best dish was the pork neckbones on pasta.

Drive fast to get there. One of the best meals in forever!!!

This is my favorite Italian restaurant in this area. It is always delicious. If you go, definitely get a Za Zas salad.

Zaza is consistently excellent. Love the stuffed artichokes.

We have lived in Clarendon Hills for 8 years now, and this was our first visit. The staff could not have been any more welcoming, the drinks came out fast, and the service was top notch. Our meals were delicious and they accommodated our kids preferences willingly! A great dinner experience. We will certainly be back!

Food was excellent. Service was outstanding. Restaurant is small and the noise level tends to be high and seating is a bit cozy. Cost was within expected limits.

Best whitefish ever. The menu is extensive...pastas, fish, and several meat dishes. Loved it!

Service was top notch. The homemade Minestrone soup was fresh, hot and hardy. Both of our pasta entrees were prepared just right, and there were no leftovers.
We love it when everything is just right.

They did not take into account anniversary and service was so so bad

Za Za's is the best Italian Restaurant in the West Suburbs.

The food is always outstanding, especially the Whitefish. Our waiter was very nice and helpful with the menu. Our friends were never at ZaZa's and loved it!

The food was absolutely delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly and didn’t want to rush us. As always, the restaurant was full and the tables pretty tight, so the noise level is a bit above average, but we were not bothered by it. The staff do a pretty good job of trying to give you your space by adjusting your table to be somewhat apart from the tables around you and being available so you’re not searching for someone when you have a question or are waiting for your check. Always a good pick for a great meal.

I have eaten here a few times over the last few years and the food is consistently good.

My husband and I regularly dine at ZaZa’s and we keep coming back for more! Your White Fish and baked clams are scrumptious! My mom celebrated her 86th birthday and was very happy with everything! Thank you!

It was my granddaughters birthday and the food took a very long time to get. We sat down at 730 and didn’t leave until 930. The waiter was new and apologetic, but it took a long time to get salad and and hour for a pizza for my granddaughter. Food was ok. Pizza was the beat

Nice place.

I was there with a dear friend and was very disappointed with our waitress. She was curt and it was apparent she did not want to be there. I love this restaurant and that was very disappointing. We had to ask for tea at the end of our meal and to see the dessert menu. She had already dropped off the bill without asking. This made her behavior get nastier. Have to say I would request a different waitress if I go back.

We have been to this establishment numerous times. This is the first time we experienced appalling service. We waited for 45 + minutes to get our food.
The manager came over a few times offering excuses, other servers stopped at the table attempting to rectify the unpleasant situation.
We declined the complimentary desert offered by the manager however she insisted we take them home. We paid the bill (full price) and left without tipping. We did however advise the manager that we did not tip and the reason why. She was understanding.

Enjoyed a lovely wine, orin swift abstract, delicious veal dishes and yummy molten chocolate cake. Great service as well!

We went to ZaZa’s for the first time just one week previously. We enjoyed it so much, that we brought our best friends to your restaurant. The food was amazing...one of us said the lasagna was the BEST she ever tasted....wow...Two of us enjoyed the fish very much and the special rigatoni was delicious. Quite impressed with the food. The service was okay, could have been more attentive....

Difficult to park...maybe purchase a few more spaces to match the capacity of the dining room.


We will be back, Za Za....you fast became one of our favorites.

Love this place, wish it were a little less loud- we would come here more often. Zaza salad not as great as usual but whitefish and spinach fabulous as usual. Service is fine drinks and food came quickly but server was very rushed which is typical there.
