   Pizzas were very good. Cocktail selection was very nice. Service was good and attentive, server checked (Ty) in to make sure everything was fine.

   The wagyu beef burger with a side of house smoky ketchup was to die for. I cannot wait to return and have this again. Incredible! Service was unreal too. Dough red wine on tap was a nice compliment. Best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Brick for hitting it out of the park on every level. See you soon!

   Always a Great Experience at Brick Wood Fired Bistro! We seriously love this place. It’s our go-to spot when we want to unwind with great food and drinks in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. We usually start with their smoked Old Fashioned—honestly, the best you’ll find anywhere around here. And their pizzas? Amazing. The Salumi is our favorite—loaded with pomodoro, mozzarella, smoked pork belly, salami picante, pepperoni cups, and a sprinkle of parmesan. It’s just perfect every time. We also can’t get enough of the Crispy Brussels Sprouts (the lemon sage aioli is SO good be sure to ask for extra) and the Charred Spanish Octopus—it’s perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Honestly, we’ve tried just about everything on the menu and have never had a bad meal here. The bar always has a great energy—busy but comfortable—and sometimes there’s live music, which is a nice touch without being too loud or distracting. If you’re looking for a place with consistently great food, craft cocktails, and just a really good vibe, this is it. We always leave happy.

   1:00 reservation was not ready until nearly 1:30. The manager was apologetic and mentioned the party before us had stayed longer than anticipated (nearly 2.5 hours). Once seated, the manager nicely mentioned she hopes everyone saves room for a "special dessert" she was going to give us due to our extended (and unusually long) wait to be seated. We never saw the manager again after that and the overall service was still extremely slow. It appears the focus of the staff was on the bar area due to a St. Patrick's Day special going on at the same time. We have been to Brick several times and this was our first experience like this. Although the staff was apologetic, the entire experience took way longer than expected and I wish the manager would have followed up with the free dessert like she said she was going to.

   Our server, Sidney, was kind, efficient, and thoughtful. The food was delicious (although the egg on the breakfast pizza was slightly undercooked). The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly, and my husband and I had a very enjoyable brunch date. We will definitely be back!

   Our food and service were fantastic. It was a meeting / brunch for my hairdressing team from Jacqueline Morgan. It was a perfect choice. Thank you so much we had Sydney ( spelling) and she was fantastic

    Brunch was AMAZING!! The food items were so fresh and delicious. The blueberry muffin is to die for. Ian, our server, was fun and efficient. We’d come back just because of him! But we will definitely be back for more of the amazing food. Thank you!
