   We were well taken care of from the moment we stopped at the hostess stand. Chris our server was very attentive and personable. Food arrived in a timely fashion. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and very much appreciated the champagne and crème Brule with the happy message. Loved the outdoor setting.

   Expect more from the Ritz especially for the price. Food was just okay. Started with cold rolls straight from a grocery store feel and just a lack of real flavor to the food. I would expect a cast iron skillet salmon dish to come in a cast iron skillet but just a plain piece of salmon. Drinks are ridiculously overpriced.

   The Scallops and rice dishes were delicious, with 5 large sea scallops cooked to perfection, and served with wild rice that was very al'dente. My husband had the Salmon dish with was also perfectly cooked to our request and delicious! We shared the 11 layer chocolate cake, which was good but not as moist as I expected. Maybe it needed to be left out of the refrigeration a little longer.

   We are so fortunate to have Coast literally in our backyard. It is such a wonderful place to celebrate special occasions. On this particular night there were several families with young children dining on the terrace with us. It was a joy to watch the children play games on the green space. The food was exceptional as always, tasty with a beautiful presentation. Our server, Andrea, was attentive and professional. As it was our anniversary they presented a dessert of our choice for no charge.

   Great service, excellent food, decent prices, unique choices, lovely outdoor patio seating. Attention to detail and very thoughtful of our Anniversary celebration! ♡

   We had great expectations for our Easter lunch but were disappointed. We started with a dozen Wianno oysters. They were great, and the cucumber mignonette was tasty. I had the Mayport Shrimp Roll. The shrimp were overcooked and very tough. My wife had the Kale Caesar with Wayport shrimp. The salad was way overdressed, and my wife could not finish it. One expects more from a Ritz.

   Nice option when staying at the Ritz. We were seated by a large party that was clearly there on business (maybe 30 people) so it got a bit noisy with them standing around before sitting down. As a family of 3 it was a little loud before they settled. Service was nice and food was good. Mussels were yummy just wish the portion had been larger.

   Visiting the Coast restaurant at Ritz Carlton it’s always a memorable experience, thanks to our waiter Cornel He is always making our visit and dinner so enjoyable, he is very professional, and on the same time fun and easy to talk to.
