Cork Tree Restaurant is built around California products. Local ingredients are used whenever possible and wines of the West Coast, particularly California, are featured.

The wine list is always a work in progress, with a balance of well known wineries, as well as boutique wineries.

Cork Tree enhabits a style rich in California elegance. Large and round booths privately encased in wood and fabric provide intimate spaces for conversation and romance, while providing views of the understated glamour of the dining room. Beautiful Palm Trees and a natural cascading fountain make the Cork Tree Patio wind-protected and well-appointed for dining under the stars. Additionally, depending on the size of your celebration, two private dining options await.

We having been going to Cork Tree for years and most always enjoyed the food and the ambiance. We have taken many of our out of town guests there. However, our experience last night was anything but pleasant. We go out to eat with our friends to talk and enjoy each others company but that was impossible last night with the very loud music. With a very noisy group of people in the booth next to us and the loud music we could barely hear each other. One of our guest ordered scallops and the whole plate was black and burned. My beet salad , which I always order, was not good as I think they changed the ingredients. My husband ordered the duck and it was way too sweet. After this experience I doubt we will ever go back. The only good thing was the service thanks to our nice waiters.

Service was excellent! Cocktails were very good. Food was delicious. Specifically chose this date for Marc Antonelli performance; our favorite in the valley. We’re used to corkage fees but $40 is a bit high

This was our first experience dining at Cork Tree. We found it to be very nice overall and thought the service to be quite nice. The food was very nicely prepared and served. The booth we had happened to be right behind the bar which had a good crowd of fairly noisy happy people so it made it a little hard to talk to each other and the servers! I really appreciated the method used to serve a single glass of wine. It was very nicely prepared to have the open bottle brought to the table with a tasting first and then the full serving poured.

Filet mignons were cooked to perfection! The crème brûlée trio was the perfect ending to our dinners. Our first time and we will definitely be back! Hostess let our server know about our son’s allergy from our reservation notes. Highly recommended Cork Tree!

The beet salad is AMAZING! I always have the mini salad and wish I had the full salad - it’s that good!!! …but at least I have room for my great dinner
