When we heard the space was available and the landlord was interested in having us as tenants, it was decided somewhere between the end of bottle one and the middle of bottle two that it would be a French Diner, and as soon as we put 'French' and Diner' together, the menu basically wrote itself. There is a strong connective line between bistro classics and diner standards: comfort food, so it was easy to see how happily beef bourguignon would share menu space with meatloaf and mashed potatoes, or how natural it seemed to have a choice between steak frites and chicken fried steak. It all comes together in a beautifully lit room that calls back to an old school diner from a bistro’s landline, all pushed through a smudgy, deco lens. Our main goal is simple, we just want you to have a nice time.Please note that, due to the small size of the restaurant, prime time reservations will have a rebooking! If you'd like to take your time dining, we would recommend booking at 9pm or later.
