We celebrated our recent wedding anniversary at Rough Creek Lodge's restaurant. The entire experience was phenomenal. We were seated in a quieter part of the main restaurant with a fantastic view of the lake. The service was personal and provided at a relaxed pace. The food was, as expected, excellent. As a final touch, our desserts were brought out on a platter decorated to commemorate the occasion. Given Rough Creek Lodge's premium price point, we expected an excellent evening. They surpassed our expectations across the board. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic food and service. They have a phenomenal pork chop and their steaks are always cooked perfectly. If you’ve never been here put this Restaraunt on your list! Preston, Brooke, and their staff take great care of their customers.

This was our fist visit, so to maximize our experience we ordered numerous small plates, all were excellent. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was lively. It was a great evening.

Great food and drinks on PK. Our group had the salmon, grilled shrimp and chicken fried steak and all were good.

Hole-in-the -wall authentic Italian place in rural Mingus, Texas—of all places! We will be back!
