So we kept Bubba's recipes, the gumbo, the prawn boil, the coconut prawns, and let the bay write the rest.We don't think dinner needs to be quiet. Or fancy. Or short. We could only stay in our original digs for so long. To keep pace with the ever-growing demand for the freshest beer possible, brewed on-site, we've taken the leap once more with our new venue in Buderim. This is now our home for all beer and beers-ness, and we couldn't be prouder of the space we've created. It's a place that falls somewhere between a brewpub, a production brewery, an American BBQ restaurant, a function venue, and a local's hangout. Open to the public from Wednesday through Sunday, beer is brewed on-site every day.
