Founded by husband-and-wife team Junxin and Nancy Huang, the restaurant is built on a foundation of passion, precision, and dedication to excellence. Junxin takes a hands-on approach, personally selecting the freshest fish to ensure that every dish meets the highest standards. Nancy complements his culinary expertise with warm hospitality, creating an inviting dining experience that keeps guests coming back. Together, they are committed to delivering sushi that reflects both craftsmanship and care. Kinme Sushi offers more than just traditional Japanese fare — it presents a menu filled with inventive and unique creations. Known for its specialty rolls, the restaurant blends classic techniques with modern flavors, delivering dishes that surprise with their complexity. Before launching Kinme Sushi, the Huangs owned and operated a Thai restaurant in Philly called Xiandu.
