This mother–daughter run dim sum cocktail bar is based in the heart of Mare Street. The authentic flavours are down to generations-old family recipes that head chef, Lily, grew up making and eating in Beijing. Guests can enjoy handcrafted dim sum and small plates, such as dumplings, smashed cucumber salad, Sichuan bang bang chicken, and xiao mantou (steamed then fried buns dipped in sweet condensed milk).     Lovely meal again at Rabieng. We shared the crispy duck starter and each had a main. Beef Rendang had huge chunks of buttery soft meat in a flavoursome sauce. Prawn Penang was light, fresh and fragrant. A trip to the loo passes the chef making up fresh spring rolls. Nice to see everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. The waiting staff are attentive but not intrusive. All food is reasonably priced for such great quality.
