We are a Laotian woman owned restaurant in the heart of the neighborhood of Shaw. Baan Mae means Mom's house in Laotian.     Our server, Marc, was excellent. The cocktails were outstanding — the Manifesto Margarita is perfect for those who like their tequila with a little kick. The halloumi and fried dumpling appetizers were beautifully plated and wonderfully balanced in flavor. The live piano and vocals set the perfect ambience for date night. We will definitely be returning!

    Wonderful omakase experience. Highly recommend. Chef Alex and the whole staff were amazing. My husband and I loved every piece we tried. We even reordered extras (the toro and scallop were our faves). Will go back!!
