Our story is like many others. Nine years ago, we came to America with two bags of luggage and two big dreams. The first and biggest dream was to start a family. And we did. We now have three beautiful children, a four year old girl, a six year old boy and a new baby. Without doubt, we are blessed.Our second dream was to introduce Connecticut to our Romanian culture and cuisine. Hence, we came up with the idea of Cafe Transilvania. We owned Cafe Transilvania for many years which was a success, which is why we decided to open Transilvania Restaurant and bar.

All was fantastic, except the noise level in the dining room. The acoustics arw not meant for conversation. The loud table on the other side didnt help
