Tucked just off Temple Bar, achara is an restaurant inspired by the food and culture of Thailand centred around our custom made Santa Maria charcoal grill. Chef/owner Graeme Reynolds takes influence for his dishes from lengthy travels around thailand, especially in the northern city of Chiang Mai. We strive on using local produce where we can working with small organic farmers like Abercorn in Co. Wicklow and McNally's in north Co. Dublin.
