Im Austin's kochen wir seit 1994 auf altmodische Weise. Wir nehmen dazu die frischesten Zutaten, die unserer Küche täglich liefert werden. Wir bereiten alle Gerichte der Speisekarte jeden Tag frisch zu. Statt mit Gas grillen wir mit Hartholz, so wie es vor langer Zeit gemacht wurde. Dies ist wahrscheinlich nicht die schnellste oder günstigste Art, aber für uns kommt nur diese in Frage. Da wir wollen, dass jede Mahlzeit, die Sie bei uns genießen, unvergesslich und köstlich ist, bereiten wir jedes Gericht, das Sie bestellen, mit viel Mühe zu. Wir räuchern Rippchen und Brustbein, filetieren frischen Fisch, schneiden Steaks von Hand, bereiten unsere hausgemachte Suppen täglich zu und backen frisches Brot und Desserts. At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way.
