My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and her birthday at The Ivy in Chester, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant was beautiful, the food was brilliant, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. Two members of staff in particular, who I believe were Rebecca and Melissa, helped make the occasion so memorable. They were friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful, making us feel very welcome and ensuring our celebration felt extra special. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return.

Service & food was good as usual. I have eaten at least 4 times in 6-months and each time it has been excellent. Staff are always friendly & polite, and food is lovely. Keep up the good work

Great afternoon lunch again! Speedy service but also not to rushed Emma and TJ who where on where great working together and helping each other out! They were actually having a laugh on shift as well and that’s great to see! And it’s lively to be recognised as well.
