Der ChoLon-Markt, der größte chinesisch geprägte Markt in Saigon, diente Chefkokoch Lon Symensma als Inspiration für die Gerichte im ChoLon Bistro. In den wunderschönen Räumlichkeiten des Restaurant LoDo zeigt sich seine Passion für asiatische Zutaten und französische Kochtechniken. Das ChoLon serviert Mittag- und Abendessen und auf der Karte stehen auch kleine Imbisse, die tagsüber angeboten werden. Auf der Karte stehen inspirierte Interpretationen traditioneller asiatischer Gerichte. "Viele meiner Gerichte sind Abwandlungen klassischer asiatischer Küche" sagt Symensma. "Ich genieße es, meine persönliche Ansicht über die Aromen Asiens zu teilen." Die Karte ist in mehrere Kategorien unterteilt, um es Inen zu ermöglichen, während des Essens viele unterschiedliche Geschmacksrichtungen auszuprobieren und zu teilen. Die Bar und Lounge serviert handgemixte Cocktails, die eigens zur Verfeinerung der Kreationen von Küchenchef Symensma entwickelt wurden. Im Loungebereich des Restaurants befindet sich eine große Projektionsleinwand und ermöglicht es Ihnen auch geschäftliche Besprechungen und Präsentationen hier abzuhalten.

Opened by Denver native and first generation Chinese Chef Tommy Lee, Hop Alley is a modern, regional Chinese restaurant inspired by traditional flavors, woks, wood fire and raucous energy. Uncle is Denver's premier ramen shop. Based on authenticity, but not bound by it, the West Wash Park location is a larger, airy space than the original Highlands shop, with an expanded menu.
