Lovely experience as always, enjoyed all the courses particularly the fish course. Lovely food for a reasonable price ( we had the 5 course taster menu ) Ambience is good and background music just the right volume, All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We generally visit once or twice a year. We will return.

We arrived as the restaurant opened. We were made welcome and seated at a nice table. The menu was explained to us and the variety of food was good. We chose well having lamb and sweet potatoes as starters and the good value steak and chips as a main course. The steak was perfectly cooked. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. So we enjoyed a lovely pre theatre meal .

Had Sunday lunch starter and main food was delicious beautifully presented meat was cooked perfectly lovely Yorkshire puddings and seasonal vegetables Decor atmosphere and service all excellent. Will definitely visit in the near future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others

What a fantastic venue, beautiful location and the decor and set up is fabulous. The service was brilliant, the food was outstanding, large portions, presented well that tasted amazing. We had the Sunday roast, probably one of the best we’ve had and we eat out frequently. We will definitely be back, next time to sample afternoon tea.

We went on a Thursday evening & thoroughly enjoyed our meal. there were only a few people in whilst we were there. We willbe going back to eat again next time we are in Lincoln
