We love Monarca. It’s the perfect spot to hit before a show at the Eccles or other downtown events. Service is always spot on and the food is delicious. Dominic was our waiter, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our meal. We had a great conversation, and his authentic, personable nature really stood out. It's so refreshing to encounter a waiter who truly cares about providing a great experience. So yummy! We came to celebrate a 60th birthday before going to and afternoon activity. There was one waitress who is basically taking care of all the tables. She was absolutely amazing and our food was cooked perfect and was brought out promptly. It did get a little warm as we were eating dinner, but it was still a great vibe. We love the Lehi location and wanted to give this one or try. I think I prefer Lehi location because of parking, but overall would visit again.
