Wow! Everything about this restaurant is amazing! From the host, bartenders, and to the chef! Management checked on us as well. Food was amazing!

Last night, my husband and I finally got to enjoy Bloom Southern Kitchen. Colleen was very personable and gave us feedback on great dishes. We started with the Nashville Deviled Eggs, because we still had nine minutes of Happy Hour, so we decided to take advantage of it. They were ok. For dinner, I had the cornmeal catfish and cornbread. I felt there was a little too much batter to fish ratio but it was still good. The red beans, rice, and corn complimented the dish. I really liked the hot honey and cinnamon butter that accompanied the cornbread skillet. My husband had the jambalaya and he said it’s one of the best he’s ever had. When I saw Sweet Home Alabama as a drink I had to try it; one of my favorite movies is Sweet Home Alabama. To end our meal on a sweet note, we had the peach cobbler and it was ridonculous!!!!
